Elevate your vacation experience in this three story, Gulf front rental, which features private beach access in captivating Frangista Beach. Its name gives you a slight hint of the expansive ocean views from every level of the home.

The bottom floor is perfect for parents with children as there is a bunk room at one end, while opposite is a luxurious main bedroom. It’s complete with a king bed, a wet bar, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. But it’s the balcony with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico!

The living area features glorious beachfront views, but there’s also a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The modern seating area is perfect for intimate conversations.

A thoroughly modern kitchen will make you want to experiment with the fresh, local seafood available. You can dine in, or take in both the sunrise and sunset at the balcony dining area.

On the same level as the living area, there’s a third bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom beside it that has a walk-in shower. The Juliet balcony is perfect for taking in the sunset.

Two bedrooms are on the top floor. One features a private balcony, seating area, en suite bathroom with double sinks, and a walk-in shower, plus soaking tub. At the opposite end of the hall is the fifth bedroom, which also features a Juliet balcony that overlooks the quaint neighborhood. Again, it has an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

With so many private areas, you might be tempted to cloister yourself in this luxurious setting. However, Destin’s shopping, dining, and sporting options beckon, and you won’t be disappointed in what you’ll find in this captivating area of Northwest Florida.

Just finished 2 weeks at this house. The beach and location are outstanding. The house however is another story. It needs a deep cleaning, restocking of kitchen essentials, new dining furniture, living room sofa or at least deep clean it, and new patio furniture. We were 11 people and at least 4-5 of us had to rotate eating and could not use the table on the patio. The mgmt company is very good and responsive but we were told several times the owner is not willing to do what they recommend. Including no use of the elevator so be ready for stairs.

Brought our whole family for a beach vacation. We had our 3 grown children with their families. Age range was 2 months to 59 years old. This house was perfect for us! Plenty of room & privacy for us all. Private beach access was wonderful. We did have a few minor issues arise. They were immediately addressed. Communication was very prompt & very appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again & recommend this home!! Thanks for helping us create lifelong memories with our children & grandchildren.

Perfect location and home for less than 10 people

This home checked a lot of the boxes. Location is perfect. The kitchen had a lot of extras that we normally don't see in other vacation rentals. The bedrooms were larger and the beds were comfy! Most bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms which was fantastic. Large beach front balconies on each floor. Plus plus plus.
The downside is the living area is very small and has seating for 7 people (while it sleeps 20). The dining table is wedged between the kitchen and the only living room sofa. The chairs cannot be pulled out to sit in properly. The wood floors were swept but absolutely filthy (turned feet black). The elevator was locked for guests.
We spent most of the time at the beach, on balconies, and the exploring the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect and a beautiful setting. It was spacious had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms and space for everyone. We had four adults and five senior girls. Plenty of local things to get to quickly. In walking distance of a coffee shop, ice cream, Alvins Island, And much more. The property was extremely quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had! Would definitely stay here again!

This house was great for our party of 16! The bunk room was perfect for the 6 teenage boys! Having the beach just steps away made it easy access to go back and forth all day. The decks were perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners.
The rental company was great and our overall stay was all that we could ask for.
The bathroom situation on that bottom floor was a little rough
but we made it work. There really is no bathroom for the bunk room. Parking is very tight for 4 cars. I also wouldn’t rely on the chairs that have been left at the house. We ran down to Alvin’s and picked a few up. We were pleasantly surprised the rental did come with an umbrella and chair setup from the company on the beach.
