Located in the Destiny by the Sea community is Sun Palace. This corner lot is sure to impress with its white Mediterranean exterior, manicured landscaping, Roman columns, elevator, and spacious Gulf-facing balconies.

Sun Palace is a world-class rental with custom architecture, high-end amenities, Gulf views, plus high speed internet and 65” smart TVs throughout. This beachside estate features a 3-floor main house and 2-floor carriage house. The main house offers 4 bedrooms all with elegant en suite baths. On the 1st floor, you’ll find a chef’s kitchen with a Bertazonni Italian gas range, an additional oven, white cabinetry, matching appliances, oversized island, and breakfast bar. Abutting the kitchen, you’ll find an 8-person table. This floor also houses multiple living/sitting areas featuring classic furniture and chic décor, as well as an additional 4-person dining/gaming table. French doors open to a luxurious porch for the perfect outdoor entertaining space and wall-to-wall windows provide stunning views.

On the 2nd floor, you’ll find a master suite and 2 guest bedrooms, all featuring luxury en suite baths and two with Gulf view balcony access. The 3rd floor has a grand master suite featuring a Gulf view balcony, gathering room with wet bar, TV, and fireplace, along with a spa-inspired bathroom with 2 vanities, walk-in shower, plus soaker tub.

Connected by a 2nd floor balcony is the property’s carriage house. This sanctuary features a full kitchen, living room, and king bedroom with full bath. The carriage house’s downstairs features two custom built bunk beds (twin over full) to offer even more sleeping space for larger parties.

From this luxury home, you’re a quick stroll to 2 private beach access points, the private community pool/spa, plus local restaurants. You also have a grill, and 6 custom beach chairs for your use.

    The home was very clean and well furnished. The management company made the process VERY easy. We have stayed in this neighborhood multiple times and enjoyed this stay the most. I will continue to use this company for my future needs.

    We had a very nice time on vacation. This home is beautiful and accommodating for our large group. The location is also perfect with great beach access. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the master suite AC was not working when we arrived and the temperature in the suite was in the upper 80's. The management company did respond and put in a space AC which struggled to cool off the whole space. The 2nd floor AC was not working well either but not as hot. They did repair this but the humidity in the home was still high. At the end of the week, the main floor AC was not working at the management company was not able to get anyone one site to repair. They ended up moving the small space AC unit to the first floor. They notified us that someone would be out but never followed up after to say that they couldn't get an AC repair company to respond. I realize these types of things are hard to manage but good communication is always best. My other recommendations would be for additional porch furniture.

Unfortunately, sometimes the problem requires a third party vendor and we have no control over their schedule.     It is a super house like with all the characteristics described on the web. Live is super more beautiful. I am super delighted with this property. They are very attentive. I experienced that the air in the house was a bit hot and I called and they immediately solved the problem. The comfort of the bed is extraordinary. The decoration is spectacular. My family and I will be back soon. We left more than delighted. we love this house. all the amenities are perfect. rather, there are two houses in one, why on the other side there is a house. smaller but super comfortable.

    Destiny by the Sea rivals all other Destin locations in my opinion. The beach is private and access is steps away from the Sun Palace, not a “short walk” or just private access as so many places in Destin advertise. This beach is like no other as only guests and owners may use the beach. It’s never crowded, always clean and the water just takes your breath away. There is company right on the beach who offer rentals for the week, umbrellas, chairs, kayaks ect. This home also comes with its own embroidered beach chairs. We have stayed at other homes in the neighborhood and this one is at the top of the list. It’s location to the pool (one house away) and the beach along with the amazing amenities make it a five star for sure. The carriage house is an awesome space with an additional kitchen, laundry and enough space to sleep at least 8 people. Rent a pontoon at high tide and go out to crab island for some fun, eat at Boshamps, Brotulas, walk to the Crab Trap for the top shelf Margarita and the smoked tuna dip. But really just spend as much time as you can on that beautiful beach!
