Very nice place. Plenty of room for the amount of people. Not super close to the beach but the shuttle that takes you across from the beach was fast to come and responsive. Would definitely stay here again. The floor was a little dirty on arrival but may have been foot traffic from unloading the cars

Had a great Mother’s Day weekend. Loved the area and location! Relaxing property with many enjoyable conveniences. The only drawback was the bathrooms were not handicapped accessible for seniors or individuals with disability to get in and out of the shower or using the bathroom. (No safety bars available)

We enjoyed our stay at Sun kissed last week. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and kids as well as adults thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach was a few blocks walk, but not bad. If you drive to the beach, There was good parking at the crab shack and nice open public beach. The only negative was a couple of the chairs were broken out front, but we made due.

We had a great stay at 233 Kona Way! The house was good but the kitchen is a bit small. The pool area is nice but could use a much bigger hot tub. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful experience! The rental was in a perfect location with convenient access to all of Destin's attractions. We love our communication with the owners the most though. They were very quick to respond and extremely helpful. We hope to do another family get together here in the future. The rental was everything they said it would be. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and loved the community feel of where we were.

It was a great visit. I love this area... only thing was neighbors were noisy on Wednesday nite and were up yelling profanities till 2:45 am! Luckily it was the only nite! Great area!

Beautiful, clean and close to everything. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, cookware and utensils. Water was hot and water pressure was good. The only issue was with parking. The pictures on line makes it appear that there is plenty of parking but there is only 2 spaces, 3 of you have compact cars. We had a wonderful time with family

We were happy with the place except a few things. There were not enough blankets for everyone so we had to go out and purchase some, also the cart you pull to the beach was rusted and it would not turn at all, they need to buy another one. Only had 3 tools of toilet paper so we had to purchase that as well.

Richard, we are glad that overall you were happy with Sun Kissed. We hate that there weren't adequate blankets and that the cart wasn't functional. Please know that both of those issues have been amended. Regarding the toilet paper, it's standard that all units start with two rolls at check-in, so if you had three, you had a bonus roll. We hope that despite the hiccups, you all had a wonderful beach vacation and that you visit again soon!
