There’s no better place for you and all of your hardworking friends or family to escape to than the exclusive Emerald Waters Village enclave’s Shore Beats Work luxury beach house. This 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom, two-story dream home sleeps up to 14 guests and is so fun and relaxing that you’ll forget your boss has a name!

One of the home’s standout features is its private backyard pool—your own personal oasis for cooling off after a day at the beach, soaking up the Florida sunshine, or unwinding with family and friends. Surrounded by comfortable outdoor seating areas, the pool offers the perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon swims, and evening cocktails.

This decadent beach home is decked out with endless bonuses! A few that make this space too good to be true are the bonus fridge in the downstairs laundry space, the second washer and dryer upstairs, the accessible outdoor seating areas surrounding the private pool, and the under-counter icemaker.

With accommodations like this, you’ll be vying to entertain. The open floor plan, beautiful coastal furnishings, and 65” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV in the main living area make gathering together effortless, whether you're preparing meals, watching the big game, or simply relaxing after a day in the sun. Between the inviting indoor living spaces and the private backyard pool, there’s no shortage of ways to let loose and have fun—you deserve it!

There’s plenty of room to rest, too. The first-floor primary suite features a king bed, seating area, TV, and en suite bath with a large walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The first-floor guest room also offers a king bed and TV. This room connects to the shared en suite bath, which is also accessible from the main living area. The utility room, complete with a laundry sink, washer and dryer, and second refrigerator, is also located on this floor.

The second floor features four additional bedrooms. Guest room three has two twin beds and a TV. Guest rooms four and five each offer a king bed, TV, and private bath. Guest room six is a bunk room with a TV and two custom twin-over-full bunk beds. Upstairs, you'll also find a second living area, access to a covered porch, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer.

Great time away with family. Would highly recommend this place. Would’ve liked to have been able to take golf cart out of gated community but overall great experience.

Had a great time at this rental. The property was nice and clean and the kitchen was well stocked for when our crew wanted to stay in and cook. The golf cart was a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Shore Beats work extremely well for my half of the family. The home is absolutely beautiful. We all enjoy every thing about the stay. The heated pool was great even in 50-50 degree weather. It felt like a bathtub. Host response was on point. I look forward to booking again. We have enough room for everyone.

This home was absolutely PERFECT for our family vacation! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything needed to prepare your beach favorites. All appliances were working...wine cooler, ice maker, extra fridge and washer and dryer’s!! The decor is picture perfect and very clean!! Pay close attention to rules for golf cart.....they are serious. We had a issue, worked through it with rental agent...resolved quickly.
