Located just off scenic 30A on a private street is Sandy Bottoms in the Las Palmas community. This three story Mediterranean style home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably, making this the perfect choice for large families and friend groups looking to have the space and comforts they need.

As you walk into the first floor of this beachside gem, you’ll be greeted by an open concept floor plan and rustic furnishings, boasting a welcoming feel to all who enter. The hub of this space is the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and breakfast bar for added seating. The kitchen overlooks the dining area featuring a six person table for large group gatherings. The living room has ample seating and a flat screen TV which leads out to the back deck. Grill up a great meal and enjoy the Florida weather!

On the first floor, you’ll also find the master bedroom with en suite bath. The rest of the guestrooms span across the second and third floors giving everyone the space they need. On the second floor, you’ll find two guest bedrooms with a full bath. On the third floor, there is one last guest room, a den with sleeper sofa, and a full bath. This den is a great spot for the kids to watch TV, so the adults can unwind downstairs. The home also features flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, along with balconies on the second and third floors for slow mornings and sunset views. There are even partial Gulf views from the third floor balcony and an additional mini fridge and Keurig on this floor for easy morning coffee creation. With a half bath and laundry on the first floor, everyone will have the extras they need for a comfortable trip.

Only a three minute stroll away, you’ll find multiple beach access points and all the sugar white sands and emerald waters you need to wash those troubles away! From your rental, you’ll also have easy access to Gulf Place for food and fun, including beloved restaurants like Shunk Gulley, bars, boutique shopping, ice cream and coffee shops, salons, gyms, and more. Or if you’re ready to get outdoors, 30A’s 17-mile bike path is right outside the neighborhood, stretching from Dune Allen to Rosemary Beach. No pets permitted.

Seven Palms' most appealing item by far is the location. You are just across 30A and up from the beach, about a 1/4 mile. To the north about 2 blocks is all the shopping, coffee shops, bar, restaurants, etc. Access at spooky lane is awesome and always had room on the beach for us. The unit came with an essential beach closet that had everything we needed to enjoy the ocean. The unit was on a private drive of only about 10 houses, most of which are also rentals. The unit was very big and had room for everyone. It had multiple private decks coming out of two of the bedrooms. The DIRECTV was great, and A/C worked like a champ. The grill worked great, and the ice maker in the refrigerator was essential. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of towels, which was also essential. There was a couple of pests that we saw, and the back door sticks very bad, but outside of those items; I can't find anything that I would speak negatively about. Some of the carpet and other finishes will need updated at some point to keep this a must-have rental. Thanks for providing everything we needed to have a great vacation!! The Dauterives.

I loved the house and location. It was perfect for the 6 of us and our dog. This house had everything we needed. Few hiccups with the plugs not working in any of the bathrooms which controlled the light in the room also, but once we found the breaker that was tripped it started working. The air went out on Friday, our last day, but they worked quickly to try to get someone out. It was fixed for a few hours that evening until it went out again at midnight. We left at 7 am the next morning so it didn’t affect us that much, but they did try to get it fixed quickly. I am highly allergic to poison ivy and there was a large area growing up on the deck to the right of the grill that could be cut down. My husband was able to cut some back, but I would suggest that getting trimmed back. Other than this I would definitely stay here again every year!

This vacation home was perfect. It was much closer to the beach that we expected. The sample toiletries provided for each bathroom, kitchen and laundry were such a plus. The back deck was perfect for spending evenings. The outdoor shower was just what we needed returning from the beach. It was wonderful having chairs for the beach provided. The furniture was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone around the dining table. We absolutely loved this home. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Hi We rented bikes for the week and we could go anywhere with access to the bike path across the street. We would all love to return.

House was great. Very short walk to the beach. We could go back and forth multiple times per day. Very spacious and clean. Had everything my family needed. The plus of the beach was that public access had no parking on the entrance south of the house; therefore, beach was not crowded.
