The master suite is a true retreat with balcony access, a king bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third features a twin-over-full bunk—perfect for kids or extra guests. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Sterling Shores is a stunning condo development nestled right against the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. Condo, location, and amenities were great. Condo is nice size and has a lot of basic necessities. I will say the cleaning was subpar. I felt like the bedding and linens were clean but not much attention to detail in regards to other things. Nothing that would necessarily keep us from staying again but could use some improvement though. One other thing that we didn’t care for was the beach chair rental service. We felt it was a little pricey and there is no room for you to set up your own chairs down by the water due to the size of the private beach area. We ended up taking our chairs down to the water and off to the side as much as we could anyway. I loved the location of the condo and the size and layout. I felt it was well equipped. We used the beach chairs and umbrella provided and donated another beach chair. Very responsive to text messages and questions. The condo does have carpet and I wasn’t a huge fan of that. Overall it’s a great location and condo and we would definitely stay again.

Location of this condo is great! The pool was beautiful and never felt too crowded. Only a few steps past the pool and you’re on the beach. Condo had plenty of space for our entire family, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the closet was full of sand toys. We will definitely be back again!

The condo is spacious and clean with comfortable furniture throughout. The location is so convenient to the pools and beach and many delicious restaurants. The hairdryer needed replacing during our stay and management was responsive and prompt. We are 100% satisfied!

The condo was in a perfect location for the conference I was attending and the beach. Access to every place we wanted or needed to go was easy. Location was perfect. The condo itself is really nice minus the fact that there is carpet. The rooms are large and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space. The balcony was so nice I even slept out there one night. Ocean view is spectacular. Beach access is super easy. The only negative I could say is that the coffee pot didn’t work and we couldn’t find a remote to one of the bedroom TVs. The sink leaked but we didn’t notice it until a few days into our stay but maintenance was there quickly to fix it once I reported it. Overall, we had a great experience

This condo was in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping. When we arrived it was clean and shiny. MVHaven called the first day to see if things were going well. I had a question later, texted, and they responded quickly. We plan on using this company again to find the perfect vacation spot.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The kids loved the huge pool and bunk beds. Comfy beds and ample kitchen items. The toilet in master bathroom will run if you don’t jiggle the lever and the kids closet door was stuck. Overall great place with a wonderful restaurant across the street. Sterling Shores is awesome!

This was our kids first trip to the beach and it was the perfect place to bring them. The condo was nice and big allowing everyone to have their own space. There is a beautiful view of the ocean. Also having access to two pools especially in March was perfect .

I’ve stayed in this condo previously. It was nice to see some updates. Unit was very clean, plenty of towels and starter of necessities in bathroom and kitchen which was great so I didn’t have to go straight to the store. Definitely recommend this unit. Staff was unaware of the changes in code which was a little frustrating but we got the answers we needed on-site.
