Located just off scenic 30A on a private street is Sandy Bottoms in the Las Palmas community. This three story Mediterranean style home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably, making this the perfect choice for large families and friend groups looking to have the space and comforts they need.

As you walk into the first floor of this beachside gem, you’ll be greeted by an open concept floor plan and rustic furnishings, boasting a welcoming feel to all who enter. The hub of this space is the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and breakfast bar for added seating. The kitchen overlooks the dining area featuring a six person table for large group gatherings. The living room has ample seating and a flat screen TV which leads out to the back deck. Grill up a great meal and enjoy the Florida weather!

On the first floor, you’ll also find the master bedroom with en suite bath. The rest of the guestrooms span across the second and third floors giving everyone the space they need. On the second floor, you’ll find two guest bedrooms with a full bath. On the third floor, there is one last guest room, a den with sleeper sofa, and a full bath. This den is a great spot for the kids to watch TV, so the adults can unwind downstairs. The home also features flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, along with balconies on the second and third floors for slow mornings and sunset views. There are even partial Gulf views from the third floor balcony and an additional mini fridge and Keurig on this floor for easy morning coffee creation. With a half bath and laundry on the first floor, everyone will have the extras they need for a comfortable trip.

Only a three minute stroll away, you’ll find multiple beach access points and all the sugar white sands and emerald waters you need to wash those troubles away! From your rental, you’ll also have easy access to Gulf Place for food and fun, including beloved restaurants like Shunk Gulley, bars, boutique shopping, ice cream and coffee shops, salons, gyms, and more. Or if you’re ready to get outdoors, 30A’s 17-mile bike path is right outside the neighborhood, stretching from Dune Allen to Rosemary Beach. No pets permitted.

We stayed in this house with our family two years ago and again this year. We found it to be comfortable and as clean as it was two years ago. The bedding is nice and the house is well equipped. It is a short walk to the beach.

Literally a perfect location!

This place is perfect. We had 2 families and the layout was perfect for that. Kitchen is well appointed, nice grill (we cooked in 2 nights), and the living room area has ample seating for all. 2 easy paths to the beach just a few yards from the house. Bright, airy and open feel, great air conditioning, and beds appeared to be new. This place is a gem and we'd return again in a heartbeat.

This place is perfect. Wonderful location for walking to the beach, shops or restaurants. Fully equipped (we had everything we needed). The 3 floors were perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults 4 kids). We took the top floor which proved a great decision basically having our own apartment space with balcony. Will definitely stay here again next time we head to 30A. My vacation haven were extremely responsive to the minor requests we had.

We had 4 couples stay at Sandy bottoms. We could not have asked for a better set up. Plenty of room for all couples and the proximity to the beach and shopping/restaurants is unbeatable. Highly recommend staying here for your next visit to 30A.

A home away from home. This house was perfectly located just a short walk from the beach and cutest lil town. The place was beautifully decorated, and clean, big pantry for food storage, bathrooms on every floor and balconies. The beds were so comfortable and perfect for our family, looking forward to our next visit, loved this place! Thanks.

Had an amazing stay this past weekend! House is very close to beach and walkable to restaurants/shops. Beautiful house with plenty of room for 8 of us! The patios on each floor are gorgeous especially the third floor overlooking the beach! Hope to be back again soon.

Enjoyed our stay with 6 family members. Great location close to beach access, fresh seafood market and nearby restaurants and bike rentals. The house is clean and bright. Kitchen is small and basic but adequate. Had to buy garbage bags, coffee filters and dishwashing tablets and liquid since only a two day supply was provided.

Perfect beach getaway

I highly recommend Sandy Bottoms. We had three couples with kids stay the week over memorial weekend and it was perfect because everyone had their own floor. The house is so convenient with two beach access points right across the street. The beach was not crowded at all and beautiful and clean. Shunk gully is walking distance to enjoy great food with live music and a water view. The coffee shop, multiple ice cream shops and other stores are also walking distance. This is a must stay. Also, the third floor patio has a beautiful ocean view for a great sunset. We will be back to stay again soon.

My family and I had an outstanding time staying at Sandy Bottoms - 30A. The home is very clean. One of our top priorities with rentals is that it is clean. Sandy Bottoms checked the box in every category for being clean. The home is decorated well, spacious, and centrally located to everything, including the beach.

Wow! This was amazing. So well done! Every room is adorable. And everything is so close to this house! Restaurants and bars and ice cream shops! Stores! The beach! You can park your car and not have to get back in til you leave. And you will then be sad. But excited to plan your return visit. Super clean. Great view from the third floor bed room!
