This single-family home was built to make lasting memories on the Gulf as it has everything you need for a stellar trip, including a 6-seat golf cart. Whether you’re a family looking for some quality time together or a friend group craving a beach getaway, come home to Sandpiper Village.

Unit 715 features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths spread out over two floors of space. On the main floor, you’ll find a large kitchen with everything you need to make the perfect meal, a dining room that seats 6, and living area with ample seating, flat screen TV, and gorgeous views of the lush Florida landscape. Just off this space, you’ll find a private patio with tables, chairs, and personal BBQ grill! Cook up a great lunch for your group and enjoy the Gulf weather together!

On the first floor, you’ll also find a coastal guest bedroom just off the dining area. Upstairs, you’ll find the master and guest bedrooms each featuring their own full bath. No need to fight over shower time on this trip. There is also a laundry room on the second floor for your convenience.

When you’re ready to hit the shoreline, jump in your personal golf cart and head over to the sugar-white sands of the beach. Just a few minutes away, paradise awaits! Sandpiper Village, located on the bayside at the Resort, features vacation rentals nestled near the Links Golf Course and a large lake. Guests staying in Sandpiper Village have access to convenient guest parking in front of each villa, use of two resort pools, and all the amenities the Resort has to offer. Steps from your door are miles of dedicated bike paths which twist and turn throughout the resort. Ride to the beach for that day in the sun with your toes in the sand or head over to The Village of Baytowne Wharf where numerous restaurants and retails shops are just minutes away. We love the area we’ve been coming here for years.this is the first time we rented a place with a golf cart and it was very convenient. Everything was great. There were a few little quirks. There was no toaster oven. The downstairs blow dryer did not work and in order to access the patio you had to go through the master bedroom and it wasn’t a true master because it didn’t have an en suite but all in all we had an enjoyable stay our grandkids had a blast, and we can’t wait to come back to Sandestin again

We came for a kid free anniversary trip but we are so excited to come back and bring our Lil guy....there are equal amounts of adult and kid attractions! Thank you for the BEST VACATION EVER!

We love the Sandpiper Resort. This was our third time staying coming here. We love the gulf carts, visiting the various pools on the facility, the beach is literally across the street. I enjoyed all the amenities that were available to go the beach. 715 G was a beautiful place to stay. My family & I enjoy our privacy by having an individual unit. So that is really nice. There is also a patio in the back to lounge & a BBQ pit for grilling. We had a wonderful time here.

The property and golf cart were great. The house was clean and everything was working properly. The home only had very minor issues that the home owner said would be repaired prior to next guests stay.

The home was wonderful, right on the golf course, but still secluded enough out back to enjoy some privacy. Everyone had room to relax inside and the decor was subtle and beautiful. The resort area was great with so much to do for the children Andy my wife and I as well. We had a great time visiting the village and will surely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay in Sandpiper! The unit was very clean, which was a comfort to feel safe and protected during these times. We also had great help from the reservationists at My Vacation Haven, who were able to provide recommendations of where to eat and things to do in the area.
