    We really enjoyed this house. The back yard is securely fenced for the dog. Nice pool back there too. Easy walk to the beach, Kenny Ds, Captain Dave's, etc. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. There was a problem with the pool one day and the management folks had a repair guy there in an hour to fix it .. very happy with that quick response.

    We had the best time at Salty Seas. This was by far the best vacation rental we have had. It was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for our group of 7 plus 2 dogs. The home was spotless and provided everything we would need. The beds were all cozy. There was a ton of beach stuff and toys for the kids. Even a giant bottle of bubbles.The golf cart was so awesome we were almost afraid to use it, but it was a huge benefit. The beach was close and the pool was awesome. We loved that it was in a gated community. We just loved it and we didn't want to leave. Already making plans for next year!!!

    The house was very nice with a nice pool and fenced in back yard. The golf cart was a great addition as it is not on the beach, plus you can drive to many nearby restaurants in the cart.

    We had a great time in this beach house! There were 5 adults and 3 teens on our trip and there was plenty of room for everyone! Everyone especially loved the private pool and the golf cart. We also loved that we could bring our two little dogs with us on this trip since this house is pet friendly! This was our 3rd summer visiting Miramar Beach and it never disappoints! Book the trip :)

    This location is perfect. Easy access to everything our family loves about Destin. The heated pool was perfect for our whole family from the baby to grandparents. Communication was great with the rental company for any of our questions.

    My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean with plenty towels and starter supplies.
    There is plenty of room for a family or group. The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay including all beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, toys, and wagons). Also pool floats and toys are available.
    The pool and golf cart were great additions. The only problem that we had is we were given the wrong gate code to enter the community, but that was quickly resolved. The location of the home is PERFECT!!
    Walking distance to the beach, and the gold cart made it easy to get to several shops and restaurants near by or just for cruising the strip. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend 10 out of 10.

    It's a rare thing to be pleasantly surprised when you arrive at any property, but this went even beyond that. I've never seen such a CLEAN property...not one speck of dust or dirt, and the outside space also impeccable. Pool perfect, outdoor area extremely pleasing. You would NEVER KNOW this was a pet friendly property. I am so pleased the owners allow this, as it made our vacation complete to have our 9 year old Nena with us. The towels and sheets perfectly crisp white, the primary bedroom bed was comfortable (I hate super firm mattresses), and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. The decor and updated lighting fixtures attractive. The outdoor area pics didn't do the space justice! Absolutely lovely! We really enjoyed the pool and yard. The golf cart was awesome! Beach access easy breezy and very close. The property management company was honestly shocking-so responsive, kind, and went far above and beyond to make our stay so good we actually will seek out this company in other areas. Better than a 5-star hotel in my opinion. Delivering a knife in a thunderstorm for us was absolutely above and beyond! If you are looking for an excellent property that will delight you, and a company that caters to vacationers, look no further!

    The past 4 out of 5 spring breaks, our family has returned to Miramar Beach / Destin. To be more specific, we've returned to Salty Seas. Salty Seas is a beautiful single family with great amenities - awesome location, private pool, and golf cart.

    The property was in good condition. there are a few things that I would change but not dealbreakers, the master bath and shower could be updated. (it is a wide tub that is hard to step across) Most homes have walk-in showers now. More service visits pool, repairman, etc. during our stay were a bit off-putting but at least they care about the property. House was clean and amenities were all there. Overall, good stay, and I would recommend it.

    We loved the house. It was very clean and nice. The pool and golf cart were a great bonus. However would be nice if they would leave some instructions on where to park the golf cart if you drive it to the beach. You have to park it at the public beach access at Pompano Joes if you want to take it to the beach. My only issue was that two of the beds did not have blankets on them. I reached out to My Vacation Haven the next morning and were told housekeeping would bring some out. That evening I messaged them again and got a short answer that a request was in for housekeeping. We never received any blankets and had to go buy 2 blankets that night. I called them to ask about where to park the golf cart and was told they thought Pompano Joes but would check with the owners to see if there was any parking closer to the beach access for the property and they would get back to me. They never got back to me. When I messaged and asked they seemed put out and were short and told me they already told me Pompano Joes. Overall stay was great and we did not let these communication issues ruin our trip.

    We had a wonderful time at this rental! The private pool and fenced in yard was so great to have, especially during nap time for our little one so we could hang out by the pool! The home was clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals if you wanted to eat in. The golf cart was great for getting to and from the beach! It really made things so much easier for hauling all of your beach equipment. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

    We have stayed in Salty Seas for the past five years, spending three months each winter. Our adult son and daughter-in-law loved using the pool. Our dog enjoyed basking in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. Sorry that this home won’t be available for Snowbird rental this winter. We were satisfied with the property. It was clean and in good condition. The property management was very professional, and we would recommend this home to others. Thank you.
