This newly remodeled, 1-floor beach home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and is located a few blocks away from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach. The main living area features an open concept floor plan with comfortable living room, dining area, and spacious eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Whether you love to cook on vacation or simply need a place for morning coffee, you’ll find everything you need in this fully stocked space. You also have the option of heading outside to your fenced-in backyard where you can grill up a stellar lunch or dinner while your guests enjoy the pool and loungers, or prepare a meal inside while the family plays on one of the many provided board games. After a restful sleep, get ready for the day and head to the garage where you’ll find everything from chairs to beach toys and a 6-seat golf cart to make beach trips a breeze. Pack up your group and scoot over to your private, gated beach access for a sunny day on the pristine shoreline. From here, make your way to one of the many local food spots for lunch or get out of the sun and into one of the outlet malls in the area. With everything Destin has to offer just outside your door, you’ll never run out of things to do! From shopping at the Destin Commons, the largest water park on the Emerald Coast, views and boating at the Destin Harbor, and seafood on every corner, you’ll find fun for everyone in your group.

When the sun goes down, head back to the house and get cozy in 1 of the 4 bedrooms. The master features a spacious bedroom with king bed and flat screen TV, along with an en suite that’s equipped with a walk-in shower and separate soaker tub. Your guests can use the hall bath with tub/shower combo to start and end each day.

Great house in quite Neighborhood near beach with nice pool. House very clean and tidy with everything needed for a place by the beach. Very nice golf cart. The BBQ works but probably best to look at replacing for next season but no big deal. Also one of the absolute best management companies i have worked with great communication and really go the extra mile to ensure a exceptional guest experience.

This is the second time we have stayed in this gated community and we love the neighborhood! The house had plenty of room. The appliances worked well. We were able to get a quick response via text if we had any questions. It was great to have a golf cart when needed. It's great to have a gated beach access, but there is no where to park the golf cart near the gate. The furniture was not the most comfortable including the beds, couches, and the outdoor patio set needed more padding. This is not a deal breaker, as we would definitely stay again. One suggestion would be to have more coasters for drinks to protect your furniture. We had a wonderful vacation and can't wait to return again.

We had a terrific stay here. Property was as described. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and small appliances and the house was very clean. It is close to the beach and was fun to zip around in the golf cart. You do have to walk a short block from the golf cart parking to the beach entrance. That was fine for us, but just a note for anyone with mobility issues. Some days the beach parking was totally full so it was nice that this neighborhood has dedicated parking and entrance. They provided plenty of towels and cute little gift boxes of toiletries. Property management was very responsive and helpful. I would love to see the primary bath renovated--but either way I look forward to staying here again.

Rental was as advertised and clean. Mattresses were in good shape and comfortable. Pool was nice to have and the golf cart is such a nice addition. We took the golf cart almost everywhere even though we had a rental car. Dollar General is really close and has the necessities you need on vacation.

Overall pretty great experience! The location and home itself were awesome. The house eas clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. The backyard provided privacy and was very comfortable The only thing I wish is that we had the option to gain access after it was cleaned and ready to go. We had friends across the street from the house (different rental company) and we knew it was ready 2 hours before we were allowed access. After traveling so far having this type of consideration would have been very helpful.

We had a nice stay and everything was great except for the beach side access gate. Everything was fine in December but the code would not work on multiple occasions in January and February.
