Unit 412 now includes a brand new 4-seat golf cart and is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the 4th floor of the complex. This bayside gem sleeps up to 4 comfortably making this a perfect option for a romantic getaway, a small family, or a friend group looking to enjoy the Emerald Coast. When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by beachy décor and an open concept living space. The unit features a full kitchen with wood cabinetry and breakfast bar for added seating. With the addition of the 4-person dining table, you can serve up to 6 comfortably. Leading from this area is the living room which features ample seating and a flat screen TV. Just off this cozy spot, you’ll find a spacious, private balcony. Use this space to unwind after a long day in the sun or enjoy that morning cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise over the Amenity Terrace.

The condo was in the center of the resort. The golf cart was a plus and easy to get to beach, restaurants, and grocery shopping via golf
Cart. The plus side to this condo is you have access to several different pools onsite. We enjoyed the bayside pool! Overall the resort complex was nice and would book again !

We absolutely loved our stay in unit 412 and the Baytown area. This was our first time and we will certainly be back soon for another stay. The included golf cart was a HUGE bonus for getting around the area and to the public beach access. Our room was very clean and we felt right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

Very clean and nice location. Had a wonderful week. Loved being able to walk around the Warf and being able to drive the golf cart everywhere, especially to the beach. Only issue was the toaster did shock my husband and needs to be replaced. Other then that I would recommend this place and would stay again.

We spent 4 nights here. The place was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and location is fantastic. One side of the toaster has some coils that are broken. When that side was used, the coils burned the toast black and began to smoke. The lever is also broken, which somehow would shock you occasionally. So, toaster needs replaced, but such an easy fix. Overall, this is a great unit! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay. The mattress was not comfortable. It needs to be updated. Neither of the balcony doors would lock. The room was clean and well stocked with necessities. Customer service was easy to contact and quickly replaced the missing beach umbrella. Very convenient to restaurants at the village.

My husband and I booked pilot house unit 412 for the week of the 4th of July. We were very pleased with room , it was beautifully decorated and conveniently located beside ( the village of Baytowne Wharf ) , which had everything you could possibly need , restaurants, entertainment, shopping. We would highly recommend this place and plan to return hopefully for our anniversary in September.

We stayed at this wonderful unit at Pilot House. The area and location are great! We had an issue in the beginning, but the staff was very helpful and responded immediately to our needs. My daughter and I stayed 3 nights. The condo was exactly as it was pictured on the website although the balcony view was even better. Nice and quiet. We had one issue with the door code, but I called and the problem was solved immediately. Excellent customer service.

The pools and landscaping were spectacular. Even though a conference was taking place, the room was a quiet as a single family dwelling. It was close to shopping and there were plenty of convenient restaurants. The walking and biking trails are wonderful as they afford a person a variety of scenery. The room was tastefully decorated and perfect for a couple.

Let me start off by thanking my lovely wife for recommending you guys. She previously booked though you guys and had an excellent experience. I was very close to booking our honeymoon through another provider(same area) at more than double the cost, so she saved us approximately 60% -65% booking through you guys. Our vacation rental at the Pilot House 412 was awesome!! Our condo was very clean, up to date, and accommodating. The room had everything we needed including a washer and dryer, extra sheets for the sleepy sofa and chairs and umbrella for the beach. The patio was very large with palm trees as shade. From start to end, the rental management staff was very professional and the entire experience was a seamless operation. We definitely will be booking through you guys again!!!

We have stayed in this Pilot House unit multiple times. We love the decor, it’s close location to a beautiful pool and just steps from activities for the whole family in the Village. The large balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a good cup of coffee and a book while listening the the fountain in the shade of the palm tree. The beach is a short drive or bike ride away. We love the extra beach supplies provided by My Vacation Haven. The few times we have had any issues, MVH was quick to resolve it with no problems. I highly recommend this condo!

We had a great time at The Pilot House! Love the location super easy to get to beach and quick. Our condo was clean and everything we needed was there parking was convenient.

Condo is beautiful and well decorated! Very clean upon our arrival. The balcony is large and the view of the palm trees were wonderful! The grounds surrounding the condo are well kept and the pool is heated and very nice. Leslie with myvacationhaven made everything very easy, she was wonderful! Absolutely loved our stay! We will definitely be back!

So we were crazy enough to plan Spring break with a bunch of my son’s friends and parents from High School as this is the last vacation as a group. I’m so glad we did. We reserved in the Pilot House. Never been in the area so we didn’t know what to expect. Got there and love the location and the room. Parking was easy as we have a code. Room was very nice decorated with tropical theme. Clean and comfy. View to the patio and pool was nice. Everything you needed was walking distance and we enjoyed the Village very much. The shuttle service was great. I don’t have anything negative to mention about this vacation as the place, room and experience was awesome. I recommend the Pilot House as everything you need is there if you just want to chill. I definitely would be back here in a heartbeat.

My husband and I spent two months in the condo while looking for property on the Gulf Coast. The condo was a one bedroom one bath with a washer dryer. The location was good, the staff friendly, and the staff was very helpful. During a severe cold period my husband wanted some homemade soup. I found there was not a pot the right size to cook soup for two. I mentioned this when the staff was checking the unit’s equipment. The staff retrieved a cooking pot and dropped it by the condo the same day. We found the condo to be maintained in good condition. The only thing we would change would be the hanging light fixture over the dining table. My husband impaled his skull twice on the decorative coral hanging from the fixture.

My husband and I stayed at Vacation Havens to get away from hurricane Irma. It was perfect, due to the stress of evacuating it was difficult to relax. I will definitely go back with my entire family to really enjoy this tranquil beauty .

We were very pleased. We've stayed at the Pilot House in another unit before, I enjoyed this one especially, because of the balcony view to the beautiful landscape and pool.
It accommodated our family with teenagers and we had plenty of room.
The space lives well for a one bedroom.
I found it to be exactly as in pictures. I would stay again and would recommend.
It's only a five minute drive to the beach from condo. Great price if you're not wanting to pay for beachfront and it's a beautiful resort.
