Mere steps from the beach in the gorgeous community of Crystal Beach is the perfect combination of old Florida and modern luxuries. Pier Destin-Y, a 5 bedroom, 4 bath new construction home with a 2 bedroom, 1 bath vintage “front house”, comes with a private pool and large yard area perfect for pets. Renting as a pair, you can easily fit the entire family in this combination that sleeps 18.

The main home has an open concept floor plan with a large kitchen, living, and dining area on the first floor. The kitchen area has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar along with an extendable dining table, complete with benches.

The first floor hosts 2 bedrooms, both equipped with flat-screen TVs and king beds. The custom bamboo and “seahorse” headboards are a tasteful touch. The first floor master bath has a zero entrance shower with split showerhead handle, perfect for washing off the little ones right off the pool. The second downstairs bath hosts a corresponding spa-like walk-in shower with a relaxing rainhead showerhead.

Upstairs a second living room with a sectional sofa, flat-screen TV and wet bar area is the ideal spot for a relaxing movie night.

The third upstairs bedroom hosts a king bed, flat-screen TV with a tastefully bright en suite bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is decorated in coastal neutrals that dress up the king bed and large flat-screen TV nicely. This bedroom shares a shower/tub combination bathroom with a beautiful double trough marble sink and custom T-shaped vanity with tile accents.

The fifth bedroom hosts a king bed and loft style, stair access bunk set, a full bed on bottom and twin on top. The custom designed octopus headboard is truly unique and a favorite with kids.

From the upstairs balcony with multiple access points, you can check out the private pool and patio below.

On the front vintage house, you have a direct view of the gulf from the balcony. The open concept kitchen/living/dining area maximizes the space available, with a dining table that seats 6 and a new sectional sofa and chair.

The first bright, cheery bedroom hosts a twin bed as well as a full bed with a bunk-style twin bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has yet another king bed and flat-screen TV.

    Beautiful property,clean,lots of towels, well maintained, close to the beach. Everything was fantastic. We have rented this house out for the last 2 years, 15 family members have fit in it. Kids and adults alike have had a wonderful time here.

    Huge bonus here is that there are actually two houses on the lot. Been there many times and stayed in both the “Vintage House” (a little more private) and the modern main house where everything is thoughtfully put together. It’s obvious that the owners are proud of their property and continue to not settle for the original vision they had as they keep both places up to date and stylish. Just step across “Old 98” and you're walking on the white powder sand and viewing the clear water beach that Destin is known for. Perfect place for a large group of family and friends.

    It was a great house for our family for the holiday. We only had a couple of hiccups - we had two smoke alarms with dead batteries. We had to purchase batteries and replace them in a bedroom upstairs and one downstairs.

    This home was everything that we expected & more. Closer to the beach than anticipated, pool was a big hit for evens.     This was our second visit to the house and won’t be our last . The perfect location one lot off the main drag , guest house is perfect for in-laws , the pool , the parking , the whole house in general is perfect .

    We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation experience at Pier DestinY. We had our adult children and the grandchildren. What a joy watching all the smiling faces! Short walk to the beach, the pool was super fun! The kitchen had all the items one needs, the bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were great. The pool was maintained during our stay so it was clean and clear. The BBQ was maintained and in ready to use condition, I was very happy to see that! This was a perfect location, with shops nearby and great scenic walking fun.

    We loved the place except for not having a heated pool. That was the down side of the rental.

    Great location to the beach! Fit 10 of us very comfortably! Only recommendation would be that they added pads to the lounge chairs but otherwise it was great!!

    Steps from the beautiful beach. The house accommodated my party of 15 adults sleeping there with no issues. I loved having 2 kitchens, we cooked or grilled most meals, which was nice. Although the pool isn't heated, we enjoyed spending time in it our outside surrounding it, esp at night with the changing lights. The pool lady came out twice during our stay, someone stopped by the 1st or 2nd day and cleaned the grill before we used it, also someone came over to pull the trash, he said it was contracted. All of the mentioned staff were pleasant, you wouldn't know they were there. Small things, can opener didn't work, we couldn't locate the iron , and 1 of the toilet chains kept coming off. We reapplied the hook and didn't mention until after check out,we were too bust enjoying ourselves to complain, and it was minor. Again, this is a nice beach house in a great location. I've already had diffent people ask me for rental information.. thanks for hosting us and making my 50th amazing.

    We had a great stay for our event. This unit/units provide all the things you need for a wonderful beach vacation! A beautiful beach view from the front balcony, short stroll to the beach, beautiful modern pool with comfortable lounging grilling area. Ample parking. The interiors are contemporary beach themed. The bedding is extremely comfortable! We throughly enjoyed our stay here!

    This is such a great place to stay. The house is beautiful. The pool is great. It is close to the ocean. My kids and grandkids did not want to leave. There is plenty of entertainment close to the house.
    We would definitely stay at this location again. There is plenty of room for big families.

    With some many options to stay in the Destin area we were so pleased to find this one (Pier DestinY). Absolutely a perfect location with just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Many great restaurants and bars nearby plus a great coffee house all within an easy walk. The homes were both well taken care of, extremely clean, and beautifully appointed. Great pool, patio areas, and a grill to cook out. For those of you who are working while on vacation, the wifi was robust and easily took care of all of our work needs. Without hesitation I will be back. Thanks Pier DestinY!

    We were a group of moms and daughters, 10 in total. The two house property was perfect for us because we had so much space to spread out. The pool was small but perfect for us. There were enough pool chairs to go around for all. Plenty of room in the kitchen for all
    Loved the upper balcony for morning coffee. It was a very short walk to the beach. Beach access at Pompano st
    directly across the beach blvd. We rented a golf cart for the week and that was so much fun. It really helped all of us get around more easily. I was worried about noise from the condos or houses next door but everything was great.

    It was a wonderful and delightful experience. This was our second visit. We love being close to the beach. Their was one situation that needs your attention. The grill was unusable;however, we bought one and left it their for others to use. My family enjoyed their stay, great accommodations inside home.

    My family group of 16 (11adults and 5kids) enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. We were unable to do early check-in and enjoyed the beach til then. The place was clean. The downstairs rooms did not have bathrooms inside the room so those couples were bummed about privacy but made it work. The pool was small but perfect for the kids after a long day at beach. Overall great stay!

    We had a wonderful experience, the house is lovely and very clean. kids loved the pool and it was awesome being so close to the beach. Having access to beach toys and chairs was certainly an added bonus, another bonus, we could walk to a few excellent restaurants. Great vacation home for our family!I would highly recommend this home!

    The home is exactly what was described. It was more than enough room for our 16 person group. Even though we wish we could have been in 1 house the 2 house combo still worked out just fine for everyone. We also loved the fact that we were so close to the beach, just a short walk, across the street, and there we were ready to enjoy a beach day. Everything worked just fine during our 1 week stay so I really dont have anything negative to say about the property. Overall great place to enjoy some time away from home.

    These houses are wounderful. A one block walk to the beach, one mile from food and shopping, and everything is newly renavated. Me and my family of 15 rested comfortable. zi highly recomend this property.

    Both houses were wonderful! Pool was great and very clean. Just a block to the ocean. Sand was the softest, whitest sand I have ever seen and ocean was warm. Fantastic rental and we will be back!

    We loved our home away from home vacation rental. It was just a block away from the beach. We only had a small issue with rental and Hunter was very helpful with the problem and had someone on the issue the next morning. Overall it was a great house and was just perfect for our family and friends!!

    We rented this house to celebrate a birthday with the whole family (21 of us in all) and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The location was perfect and the street we needed to cross to get to the beach was not ever extremely busy. I would say that the guest house probably shouldn’t be inhabited by light sleepers due to the house shaking when others walk up the stairs - definitely more dated than the actual house. Regardless, I would recommend to others and I hope to stay again!

    We had a great vacation. House is beautiful and can accommodate several families comfortably. We had two families (8 people) and each teenager had their own bed as well as the two couples had spacious accommodations. Note- the two main level bathrooms are not connected to bedrooms. House is clean and new, beds are VERY comfortable, and well stocked with dishes as well. Couple things needed to be repaired or replaced - Grill was difficult to get started and is older-- we had to buy a lighter (we left it there). Several utensils were broken that need to be replaced - pizza cutter and wine opener. Wish they provided beach towels - would be a nice perk instead of having to take up prime suitcase space. Great beach and pool stuff - boogie boards, chairs, etc.... Was very disappointed the pool isn't heated - we couldn't use it at all this week. Kids jumped in once - it is salt water which is nice. Vintage front house is older but well kept - the teenagers would use that as their "hangout." Another request, not enough garbage bags, toilet paper or paper towels - so plan on buying some when you get there. For 8 people we went through a lot! Overall, wonderful house and location. In the spring, be prepared for spring break college kids! Houses around us did not have same restrictions as this one!

    A lovely home, suited our family make up well. Loved that there is the mother-in-law home, so there was escape for us seniors. However the internet in both residences was weak and dropped often. Even after having the technician there to "fix". Also some mattresses were very soft/sagging. If these issues were fixed I would return. Excellent location. Easy access to beach.

    We had our whole family gather for Thanksgiving and it was PERFECT! So close to the beach; great spaces! We had a wonderful experience with My Vacation Haven; they were helpful and accommodating! Very clean and came with everything we could have needed. My only recommendation would be to spruce up the vintage house so it feels like the same property and vibe.

    This place is absolutely perfect especially for a large group there are two houses on the property the front house is a two bedroom one bath house witha large porch upstairs then there is a pool leading to the main house which has 5 bedrooms one of the rooms has a bathroom inside otherwise there are two baths on each floor which is convenient for others in the house large kitchen area. I really enjoyed my stay here and did i mention its one block from beach very nice location

    The two houses were great! We all loved having our own space but the pool area to come together for! The walk to the beach is quick and short that even my 83 year old grandma did. Great location. Only suggestion is to update the guest house a little. Overall, Pier Destin-y was fantastic! We woul love to go back!

    Really enjoyed the comforts of this vacation house, a home away from home, very spacious and detailed. Located close by the beach a plus. The house decor was awesome, clean and very neat. The size of the home was above my expectations. The outdoor pool was a plus for my family, not to mention the amenities and accessibility of beach and pool items were excellent. Notably, the guess house provided great additional living space. Overall, the house was excellent and I would stay there again and would recommend it to others. Lastly, the house was located centrally to restaurants, stores, etc.
