This two story, single family home is designed to impress with coastal shabby chic style and high-end finishes. Enjoy the open concept 1st floor as you cook up a great meal on stainless steel appliances, enjoy dinner together in the dining area, or chill out together and watch a movie in the living room. However, the best part of this rental is just beyond the sliding doors! The fenced-in backyard features a built-in grill with counter space, covered patio for those sunny days, various seating options, and a private pool!     We throughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved everything about the property and the location and area. All of our needs and wants were met by staying here. There are many restaurants and shops near by along with the beach with all within a short walk or golf cart ride away. The plunge pool was always warm and welcoming. Pam with My Vacation Haven was a true God send before and during our vacation as well as Tony from Golf Wins, there was an issue with the golf cart and between the two of them and the owner of the property all issues were rectified before we arrived so we didn’t miss anytime enjoying the area. We come to the area every year and always stay someplace different but we all agreed that this vacation was very special and that we agreed that it was because if this property and the assistance we received during our vacation. We will be back and we will definitely stay at this property again. The only “con” I would say is that in the bedroom with the two twin beds it would be nice to have a chest of drawers to put your clothes. Go ahead and make your reservation for this property, you will not be disappointed and you definitely won’t want to leave!!

    Great location. House was nice and spacious. Very clean. Outside space very nice. Having the golf cart was great. Would rent again.

    We loved staying at this property because of the amenities, proximity to the beach/ town center and it provided time for our family to unwind. Kids were able to ride bikes, swim, play basketball and head to the ice cream shop daily! The adults took daily walks up and down 30a and enjoyed fresh oysters! The Perfect Pig and Shunk Gulley were within walking distance and highly recommend. The most appreciative quality of My Vacation Haven was their ability to respond quickly to request. Our golf cart was unavailable during the first few days of our trip and they were anle to arrange a replacement. We also requested a nee propane tank for the outdoor fireplace and it was delivered in under 24 hours! We would definitely book this beautiful house again!

    The house is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great location, close to restaurants and the beach. One suggestion would be to upgrade the internet. The internet was very slow and went down often.

    This house was absolutely amazing. We had so much room and even the smallest details were handled - like a grill cleaning service and automatic lights for the pool, etc.

    The house was an easy walk to the public beach (approx .45 mile walk).

    The property management was very professional and responsive.

    We had a great stay on 30A! It is our favorite beach to visit, and this vacation was no different. The home was clean and in a great location- we loved heading up to Gulf Place and Shunk Gulley for dinner (and the beach is across the street- best dinner views we had!).
