Conveniently situated in the Northshore Community, within SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, the open-concept living area has floor to ceiling windows. This allows guests to fully enjoy the natural surroundings of the Bay, the beauty of sailboats in the distance, and puffy clouds overhead.

One generous bedroom and bath are on the first floor, while the master bedroom and other guest accommodations are on the second floor, each with private bathrooms. In addition to a sun balcony right off the master bedroom overlooking the water, a screened porch will provide hours of restful seclusion.

The full-size kitchen is efficiently located close to the indoor dining area and only steps away from the lovely screened porch, which also offers outdoor dining. What could be more pleasant than dining while listening to the lapping water caressing the shore?

There are also are year-round amenities within 5 minutes. You’ll want to take advantage of the four championship 18-hole golf courses, the amazing Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Blvd which provide shopping and enticing dining experiences such as Starbucks. Also, take advantage of water sports, boating, biking, and tennis. And, did we mention there’s resort transportation or you can hop on your golf cart to the gorgeous white sandy resort beach access? We found this to be a great accomdation right on the water. We have stayed in the beach side before and found we really preferred this for the peace and quiet as well as privacy offered by the bay side. Unit was spacious, beds were very comfortable, it was very clean and had all we needed. Enjoyed golf, nearby restaurants, shopping and relaxing on the screened in patio just feet from the water. My daughter loves having the golf cart available for her use also. Highly recommend this rental.

Nice location on the bay with great accommodations! Enjoyed golf, the beach, the Wharf, the Grand Boulevard, all reachable by golf cart! Great restaurants and shopping!

962 has a beautiful view. The porch has 2 gliders that my mom spent a lot of time in while we were there. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The 6 seater golf cart was very nice and we were able to use it and not have to get in our car while we were there.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our trip to FL. The location on the bay was ideal. The kids were able to safely wade in the water and look for shells. The golf cart was a huge bonus to access the beach and several pools.

The property was exactly what we were looking for! It fit 2 families nicely and even had a small beach that the kids loved. The golf cart use is a huge plus! A large pool is steps from this property.
