This stunning bayfront townhouse features both a private balcony off the master and screened porch where you can watch the sunrise and sunset over the water, each painting the sky with vibrant color. From the immaculately decorated home, you’ll feel worlds away — a true coastal escape offering year-round beauty and unforgettable bayfront views.

Conveniently situated in the Northshore Community, within SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, the open-concept living area has floor to ceiling windows. This allows guests to fully enjoy the natural surroundings of the Bay, the beauty of sailboats in the distance, and puffy clouds overhead.

Prepare to relax in luxury in the open living room on the bay. The full-size kitchen is efficiently located close to the indoor dining area and only steps away from the lovely screened porch, which also offers outdoor dining. What could be more pleasant than dining while listening to the lapping water caressing the shore?

You will find one generous bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Bedroom includes king size bed and twin day bed with trundle. Bathroom includes tub/shower combo with fantastic finishes. The master bedroom and another guest bedroom are on the second floor, each with private bathrooms. The master bathroom feature a double vanity and walk-in shower.

There are also are year-round amenities within 5 minutes. You’ll want to take advantage of the three championship 18-hole golf courses, the amazing Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Blvd which provide shopping and enticing dining experiences. Also, take advantage of water sports, boating, biking, and tennis. And, did we mention there’s resort transportation or you can hop on your golf cart to the gorgeous white sandy resort beach access? From an extremely happy family of 5, MVH can go ahead and DELETE all reviews from 2025 and prior…they simply don’t apply!!The remodel for this unit is INCREDIBLE!! When you step through the front door, your wall-to-wall unobstructed view of the Choctawhatchee Bay is breathtaking. The kitchen and bathrooms are all newly finished in high-end tile and granite, and everything is so bright and well-connected throughout the unit. The open concept of the living, kitchen, and dining spaces is so perfect to enjoy family time looking out over the water. The master balcony upstairs is the best sunrise & sunset view you will find in Bayside. I could see forever out into the flats of the bay to enjoy looking at fish as they swam by. 3 separate bedrooms all with their own en-suite bath is the perfect setup for families and couples alike.The golf cart is in perfect condition, and the property grounds are beautiful. Everything about this property is NEW, and you’ll want to book NOW before the rates reflect that!! If you’re booked in 2026, go ahead and get excited!! We promise you will experience a view and stay that are second to none at Sandestin!!Thank you again!! We were honored to be one of your first guests!

Our family stayed at this property last week and the renovations are phenomenal! The property sits right on the bay and the oversized windows give you a bay view from every area of the house. The property is just as beautiful inside with impressive décor and luxury finishes. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in the quiet, hidden gem Northshore neighborhood, tucked away in the bayside area of Sandestin. We enjoyed our golf cart trips over to the beach and Baytowne Wharf! Such a luxury experience. We will be back as soon as possible!

We love the bayside area. The condo was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. It was so much fun to have the golf cart to get around Sandestin resort. My grandson loved being able to fish in the bay and surrounding ponds and lakes. It was very easy to communicate with host and any issues were resolved quickly. The condo could use some updates for carpeting and living room furniture . The ice dispenser and water in the fridge door was so convenient. The view of the bay was amazing.

We found this to be a great accomdation right on the water. We have stayed in the beach side before and found we really preferred this for the peace and quiet as well as privacy offered by the bay side. Unit was spacious, beds were very comfortable, it was very clean and had all we needed. Enjoyed golf, nearby restaurants, shopping and relaxing on the screened in patio just feet from the water. My daughter loves having the golf cart available for her use also. Highly recommend this rental.

962 has a beautiful view. The porch has 2 gliders that my mom spent a lot of time in while we were there. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The 6 seater golf cart was very nice and we were able to use it and not have to get in our car while we were there.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our trip to FL. The location on the bay was ideal. The kids were able to safely wade in the water and look for shells. The golf cart was a huge bonus to access the beach and several pools.

The property was exactly what we were looking for! It fit 2 families nicely and even had a small beach that the kids loved. The golf cart use is a huge plus! A large pool is steps from this property.
