This studio-style condo is pet friendly and comes equipped with a 4-seat golf cart for personal use, but this isn’t your average studio. This stunning beachy condo comes with a full kitchen offering large fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and cabinetry stocked with utensils and housewares. Enjoy a nice meal on your dinette set for two looking out an arched window at the lush greenery of The Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort®.

This unit sleeps 2 comfortably, offering one king bed that overlooks the bay from a private balcony. Start your mornings slow with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset over the water after a day in the sand. Let’s not forget the oversized bathroom featuring two separate sink/vanity combos, plus a soaker tub/shower combo with rainfall shower head. The sofa is a twin size sleeper as well. The entire condo is drenched in beachy colors, classic furnishings, and good vibes only.

The best part of 960A is convenience. Take your personal golf cart to Miramar Beach and soak up those Florida rays as you dig your toes into the sugar-white sands everyone has been raving about. You can also check out local restaurants and stores along with spending time on the Northshore property. The location was great. Very peaceful being so close to the water. I enjoyed seeing the ducks daily, hearing fish jump and the sunsets from the balcony were BEAUTIFUL. Having the golf cart was so convenient and fun getting to beach, Baytowne and just exploring the grounds. Only downside was getting in and out of very close quarters in garage.

We enjoyed this space. Beautiful view of the bay. We used it for a starter week before we moved into our unit for the month of March. One week is about right. Nice but kind of tight surrounding.

We cannot properly describe how amazing the view was from the balcony of this townhome. The bay was so quiet and peaceful. We could see fish jumping in the water, pelicans, windsurfers, and beautiful sunsets. The Sunset Bay Café was literally downstairs and a sidewalk over from us. The food and the staff were amazing there. The resort was quiet. The golf cart allowed us to go to Baytowne Wharf and to the beach. We can’t wait to come back and recommend staying here. It was perfect for us.

I am deaf/mute with a service dog, this company and it's employees went above & beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. From the reservation person to the golf cart person, EVERYTHING was spot on, clean, well stocked unit, morning coffee sunrises and martini sunsets all from a clean balcony with a perfect view of the bay. This is a MUST STAY Place, L. Denver & I will be back soon!

This is a MUST STAY resort. As a deaf /mute person with a service dog, this place surpassed my expectations. The entire staff from the reservation chat person to the golf cart person, EVERYONE made us welcome, made sure our needs were met. Accommodations provided were clean , well stocked, amazing views. This was a great place to stay and we will definitely come back. Our place was beautiful with the view of the bayou. The golf cart that was provided was so convenient for the bay wharf where everything was shopping,restaurants and live entertainment. You really didn't have to leave the resort! This place is a must stay! We loved it!

This rental is wonderful for a quick trip to a few days for a couple, not for a family. We had a wonderful time. The views are stunning and loved watching rays from the balcony. Also loved being right next to Sunset Cafe. Best bacon around. Small hiccup up trying to check in but the management company was quick and efficient and solved the problem fast. Loved having a golf cart. Worked perfectly.
No real issues were had with the studio just user error operating lights. And not finding any wifi ( which is weird) also would have liked a few more trash bags. Gave us lots of trial samples of dish soap and laundry detergent ( which we didn’t need ) just wish there were trash bags.
. It only other thing it lacked was wifi and washer and dryer. But we knew about the washer and dryer ahead of time, so no issues. Also had two refrigerators.
Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to go back

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely. An oversight on my part, there was not a washer/dryer in the unit and we hadn't packed to not do laundry so a little inconvenient to find one as there isn't one available on the Sandestin Resort area. Again, not a huge deal and my mistake. The condo had everything else we needed. Grilling on the deck was great. Can't wait to come back.

This was our first visit to the Destin area. The Sandestin resort in a great place to stay. The golf cart was fun to take to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. This unit had an amazing view of the bay and was beautifully decorated. My only suggestion would be a full-size coffee pot or Keurig vs the 2 cup.
