Step into luxury in this gorgeous 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home in the Mediterranean townhome community of Miramar Beach Villas. Directly across the street from the beach, this pristine townhome has all that you could ask for with location, amenities, and style.

On the first floor you will be able to enjoy time with friends and family in this beautiful open concept living, kitchen and dining area. The modern luxurious finishes of the living room flow throughout this unit. There is plenty of space to enjoy a quick snack at the granite breakfast bar or a full meal at the dining table. Between the stainless steel appliances, fully loaded kitchen, and fabulous patio area with BBQ grill, you will feel right at home.

Also on the first floor is the 1st guest bedroom with a two queen sized beds and full bathroom. On the second floor you will one of two master bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. Also on the 2nd floor you will find another guest bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds in the hallway, perfect for the kids. On the 3rd floor you will find another master suite with king bed, bathroom, and balcony.

This vacation rental is close to the community pool but just a short stroll to the beach! The fun continues as you walk across the street to the private Miramar Beach Villas gated beach access where your family can experience the sugar white sands of the the Emerald Coast and splash in the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

Amazing townhouse with all the amenities! Great area with a very nice community pool a just a minute from the beach! Great area and located right in the middle of plenty of stores and other convenience shops ! Great house for a large group! We had 11 with plenty of room! The only thing is there is no side entrance so you have to walk through a bedroom to access grill and outside beach items. The house was stocked very well and seemed very clean, we will definitely be back!!

Perfect house for our Family of 14 (8 adults, 6 children). We had plenty of space for eating, sleeping, board games, etc. Beach access was an easy walk. The community swimming pool was enjoyed by all. The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils. Property management was responsive to any questions.

We had a great beach vacation and this Villa was a large part of it. The proximity to the beach made getting to the beach easy. It is close enough to go home for lunch and return to beach in no time. The kids enjoyed both beach and the community pool. Our group of 14 had plenty of space in the house for lounging, eating and playing board games,
etc. The house was clean,well stocked kitchen appliances,cookware,etc. Villa was well maintained.

We had a very positive experience with My Vacation Haven, as they were a very attentive and responsive property management group that approached each interaction with friendliness. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and convenient, which was exactly what was needed for a quick trip for a soccer tournament.

Our family of thirteen (seven adults and six kids aged 3 to 9) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located rental, ideal for our large group. While the sleeping arrangements were spacious, the family sitting area felt a tad cramped; however, the adjacent, ample kitchen and dining space easily accommodated us. We were delighted by the surprisingly short walk to the beach – a true bonus when wrangling the children! The private beach access was fantastic: uncrowded, conveniently close for quick returns to the rental, and just a short walk to a nearby bar for the adults. Although we wished a wagon had been available for hauling beach gear, we greatly appreciated the abundance of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas provided. On the downside, the broken door to the third-floor master bedroom deck remained unusable until the seventh day of our nine-day stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, the ineffective air conditioning in the lower level made the downstairs bedroom quite hot. That being said, the on-site pool offered a lovely space for relaxation and enjoyment.

We have been coming down for a decade now and this stay at this location has been probably the most pleasant. The home was impeccable.

The beds were extremely comfortable, thr home had everything we needed. The gift packages from the host was very nice with linen sprays and enough toilet paper for thr week for everyone. Attention to detail from thr host was not overlooked.

The only thing we noticed was thr sink clogged downstairs and didn't drain well and we wished that the backyard had access around the home and not thru the bedroom which made it very hard to get the beach chairs or grill with out bothering someone's stuff.

But very small issues compared to what you get and how clean it was.

The home is close to the beach and had private access.

We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful and super clean! It was well stocked with dishes and toilet paper! The customer service was awesome! They called to check to make sure I was good and didn’t have a complaint! I will be booking again! 3 min walk to beach and nice pool in neighbor hood! Nice grill on back!

Property had plenty of room for 12 of us. It was clean and updated. There were plenty of kitchen items for cooking. With such a big group, we really appreciated that. The company reached out to see if we needed anything. We couldn't get the tvs to work and they helped us with that. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Highly recommend!
