Spend your vacation in this luxury, open concept unit featuring an airy living room with a flat screen television and sleeper sofa, a light and fully equipped kitchen. We book rooms in Baytown every year for the Fishing Tournament. This was by far one of our better stays. The property was as described and very clean. The balcony was a plus! We would definitely book again.

This was such a perfect rental for families. I typically go for beachfront or beachside but we do not regret staying at this property where there is so much convenience to accommodate any age. It rained on us Saturday on and off and we were able to entertain our kids at the playground/grab breakfast and lunch and still have playtime. We definitely will come back!

We have rented this unit 3 times and love it every time! You can’t beat the location for all that Baytowne Wharf and Sandestin have to offer. Really enjoyed the updated flooring and patio furniture this year too. We can’t wait to book it again next year! We have booked with My Vacation Haven for 5 years with no issues and ever and I would highly recommend booking with them.

This property was perfect to enjoy all SanDestin has to offer! We took early morning walks around the village and marina, stopped at Charlie’s Cafe for cappuccinos then returned to the condo to sit on the wrap around porch and listen to the village wake up. The kids slept in after their late nights out at the safe Baytowne Village restaurants and bars: singing karaoke, dancing and meeting other students on vacation. We all enjoyed the multiple pools, activities, shops, restaurants and, of course, the ice cream shop all within a short walking distance. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed to cook and serve breakfast and snacks. The condo was very clean and up to date, and included the items we needed to clean up all of the sand we incidentally brought back from our day at the SanDestin beach. My Vacation Haven was wonderful to work with and answered questions quickly by text. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks for letting us stay!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The pictures does not do this property any justice. We arrived without issues. The condo was clean, it had enough supplies to get us through the weekend! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the fireworks our last night there! I would rent this property again.

Great place to stay!!!! Family had a great time here. Very nice property and very quiet. If you are looking for a view of the Baytowne Warf area this unit does not have that. If you are traveling to Destin for excursions, please allow yourself drive time and plan ahead. But other than that great place to stay!!!��❤️☀️

Great place and great location! Destin is an absolutely beautiful area.The condo was clean and bright. Awesome corner condo with wrap around lanai to relax after a day at the beach....or fishing! The common areas must have just been remodeled; everything was freshly painted, new carpet etc.Market Street Village is great too, there are numerous places to get a bite to eat along with a cold beer or two. A lot of things for little ones to have fun and keep them busy. All of it within walking distance.We’ve already booked 448 again for a stay later in the year.The management was very easy to work with thru the whole process.

The rental process was very easy and the room and location was nice. I’ve rented from the resort itself in the past and going through My Vacation Haven saved quite a bit of money. Just keep in mind with this rental you don’t get some of the hidden perks you pay for in the resort fees. The bike rentals you have to pay for and you must always have your tram card with you to get on the shuttle or they won’t allow you on. Other than that the gym access is still available which is nice.

First time not staying right on the ocean. We rented bikes from Fun Pug for the week and had the best time ever. 10 min bike to the beach. There is and underground tunnel so you don’t have to cross 98. Grocery, dinner, shopping all right in one location. Should you need to leave you are close to everything.
The place was super clean and every night was something fun. Fireworks, music specials on drinks etc.

Beautiful condo and Amanda from My Vacation Haven took care of everything for us. She ensured any repairs were taken care of promptly and communicated information regarding any maintenance or hurricane procedures during Michael. The couch/sofa sleeper wasnt the best but beds were very comfortable. The gym is small but adequate and the gas grille was nice option for cooking. Pool is clean but never used it.
Can walk to Marina Grille downstairs or Slick Lips for oysters and a Reuban. Great location on the fourth floor and great service from My Vacation Haven.

It was clean and the location was great! The cons were that there was not an extra blanket for the pull out bed, only a sheet set and pillows. A hurricane came during our stay and we had to go buy board games and cards because as there was nothing of the sort there. Other condos I have stayed in have had games and extra blankets, so I had expected it here too. They did provide a cooler and some pool toys which was a bonus!

We were overall VERY happy with this unit! It had a convenient location and was furnished beautifully. The only negative was the carpet was a little dirty and showed scuff marks near the entryway, but otherwise the unit was very clean. The pool was beautiful and we loved the large wrap around porch! It allowed for morning sun but one side was shady during the afternoon heat. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We brought bicycles and had a great time explorIng San Destin!
