Unit 446 is a 4th floor studio that has everything you need for a stellar beach trip! When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by neutral tones with splashes of beachy blues that will help you slow down your pace and lean into that Florida living. This bayside gem features two queen beds and sleeps up to 4 comfortably making this a great option for a couple’s getaway, a small family or a friend group looking to enjoy the beauty of the Gulf. The unit has a full bath with tub/shower combo and is stocked with all the linens you need. Flooring was just replaced end of November, updated to new plank tile.

446 is ideal in that it’s also equipped with a kitchenette featuring a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker—all the essentials! Make a quick breakfast, store your beach snacks, and house your leftovers from the local food haunts.

The best part of this rental is downstairs in the form of a private pool! Market Street Inn has one of the best pools around featuring loungers, palm trees, and a spacious hot tub. You won’t need to go far to enjoy the Florida sun! However, the real treasure is a quick ride away. Pack a bag, jump on the resort tram, and spend your day at Miramar Beach! Dig your toes into the sugar-white sands of the Gulf and let your worries melt away while you swim in the Emerald waters.

Very clean unit, great amenities. Loved that we had everything we could ever need by stepping off the elevator. Was very confused upon arrival - not clear on where to park (did not have parking garage code until after we were in the room) also the code to get inside the building from Baytowne, we never got it to work, so we just walked around thru the parking garage. Also parking is not adequate, as we (guests) had to park in the public part of the garage because “our” deck was full (several times) Definitely NOT complaining!! Just being honest!! The pool was so nice, other guests and staff were very nice!! Would highly recommend!! And we will definitely be back!!

We do want to clarify that the gate code was included in the guest guide, and we also sent a text with instructions on how to locate it the day before arrival. While parking availability can occasionally be limited in the designated owner/guest area during peak times, we appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us improve the guest experience. This two bed studio was very clean and fresh smelling. The only cleaning issue was the ceiling fans blades were not clean (very dusty). Great location to the Wharf area. The only recommendation is to add a chair for seating other than on the bed.
