Unit 337 is the main living space featuring a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. This condo has been recently remodeled and renovated to the coastal luxury style for a relaxing beach vacation. This main living area also has in-unit laundry and an oversized wraparound patio for easy access to the amenity terrace including pool, hot spa, cold spa, fitness center and BBQ grills. This unit features a master bedroom with king bed and full bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for added comfort.

When you’re ready to soak in that Florida sun, head out from your patio to the community pool. This spacious outdoor sanctuary is equipped with loungers, palm trees, and a hot tub! When you’re ready to get your toes into the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, jump on the resort tram and head over to Miramar Beach. In just a few minutes, you can float in the emerald sea and let your troubles wash away.

The condo was above our expectations. It and the properties were very clean. Great customer service with management.We will return! The only thing was the resturants were below par and pricey.

My wife and younger kids had a great time staying at this condo which was in a perfect central location for everything! The building is in the heart of Baytowne Wharf which has all kinds of restaurants, shops, and things to do with the kids, such as Baytowne Adventure Zone, which our kids LOVED! Golf, tennis, and pickleball are also right there. The unit is located on the main ground level with a beautiful wrap-around patio and courtyard area, which was very peaceful being an end unit with very little foot traffic. A great place for your morning coffee! Walk through the patio gate and you are a few steps away from the pool & hot tub area, a large common grill area with lots of tables to sit and eat (if you did not want to eat in the unit or patio area), and a gym. There is even a little kitchen area by the gym with a vending machine as well as an ice machine that you can use the fill your coolers up before you head to the beach! The interior of the unit was recently remodeled, beautiful, well-furnished, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you may need to make a good home-cooked meal if you did not want to walk to any of the restaurants. Covered parking was also provided which was nice. The beach is just a few minutes' drive from the unit. Overall a great time and place to stay. We will definitely be seeking this place again on our next beach trip!!!

We have been to Sandestin about 15 times in the past 5 years and, hands down, this was the best condo we have stayed in. Great location, right outside the pool area but at the end of the building for privacy. Inside appeared to be recently renovated and everything looked and smelled new. Patio was very large and private. Unit is in one of the smaller condo buildings which makes for more privacy. Very close to Baytowne Wharf.

My family and I had a great time at this rental. My husband and I took our toddler to this rental and had no issues. It was great having the pool just steps away and it was always quiet in the evening.

We took a short trip for our anniversary and it was perfect. Very convenient being next to the pool, restaurants and shopping. The only thing was having to drive to the beach. We would’ve loved to have had a golf cart but it wasn’t provided nor could you rent 1.
