If you’re looking for a quiet spot with high end furnishings in the The Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, Magnolia Bay has you covered. Unit 8598 is a gorgeous 2-floor townhome that has everything you need for a trip to the Gulf, including a personal golf cart!

This bayside gem has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 comfortably making this a great option for large families or friend groups looking to make some lasting memories. Downstairs, you’ll find the main living space decked out in neutral tones and splashes of beachy blues. The open concept floor plan makes this a great spot for entertaining and eating group meals. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and breakfast bar for added seating. The kitchen overlooks the dining area which features a rustic 8-person table. Just off this space is the living room which features a large sectional couch and flat screen TV. However, just outside, you’ll find a screened porch with comfortable seating and grill!

When it comes to sleeping, everyone will find the space they need. Downstairs, this Gulf treasure has a master bedroom with ensuite bath and a guestroom with full bath. Upstairs, you’ll find another master suite and guestroom, both with their own bathrooms. Both masters feature double vanity sinks, walk-in showers, and separate soaker tubs. The upstairs master also has a large sitting area and a walk-in closet!

When you’re ready to hit the town, jump in your 6-seat golf cart and scoot over to the private community pool featuring loungers, lattice coverings, and bathrooms. When you’re ready to hit the sand, cruise over to the private resort beach. Spend the day with your toes in the sugar-white sands and emerald water of the Gulf.

We loved our vacation in this house. It was in an excellent location and was clean. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the golf cart. We had a flat tire while riding through the neighborhood one day and the rental company was easy to reach and fixed it promptly. I highly recommend!

Amazing stay

House and location were perfect. Spent mornings on screened-in back patio with up of coffee while the kids fished (BIG bass). Home has every amenity you would need and is tastefully decorated. Being able to go around Sandestin and Grand Blvd with the golf cart is priceless. We will definitely look to rent again from my vacation haven.

The property was amazing...the entire house accomidated everyone and all needs. The entire grounds were amazing with plenty of things to do for all ages we had. Vacation Haven was quick to answer any and all questions we had and was very helpful with anything we may have needed. We will be booking with vacation Haven again and highly recommend the company and resort

Home & location were both wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend bringing your own plastic silverware as home does not have an abundance of utensils.

The condo was spacious and was just what we needed. The condo was a short walk to the village and the pool. We had a golf cart- so it was easy to get to the beach!

This 4 bedroom, 4bath house was perfect size for our family of 9. The location was phenomenal. We loved having the golf cart to get around the resort and nearby shops and restaurants. We did feel the kitchen needed more cooking supplies. Hot water didn’t last very long. But overall, wonderful stay and we’d go there again.

Condo was in a perfect location with amazing views of the golf course.Golf cart was a nice plus for getting around Sandestin and Grand Boulevard.The condo was very clean but furniture could use up dating and cook wear was old.All in All the Condo is perfect for multiple families and very roomy.

We enjoyed the week with family here. While the weather was cooler than desired the property worked great for playing games and enjoying time together. The mgt company was very responsive to any issues we had. Thanks for helping us make some wonderful memories!

This is a spacious home in a beautiful neighborhood with a screen porch overlooking a serene lake. The community is gated. Lots of beach equipment in the garage. A significant feature of renting through "My Vacation Haven" is that each time I called with a question, someone actually picked up the phone and presented an excellent answer! Our coffee pot did not work. I called to report this problem and very soon thereafter, a replacement coffee pot appeared on our porch. Their customer service is A+!

This is the second October in this beautiful condo for my family. We love having four bedrooms and four bathrooms as well as a screened porch. We’re hoping to be back next year. My Vacation Haven is the absolute best at making sure we have a fantastic vacation. They are our number one choice.

You would be pleased at this location. I promise YOU. Pictures does justice but reality was beyond satisifying. In all descriptions, what wasn't told was there is washer and dryer on both levels of this home. Upstairs jacuzzu has heater/ timer. All rooms definitely spacious. I chosed because of the Three king bedrooms. Wanted large beds and one queen bedroom. We traveled with no little ones. Lot of places offer twin bed set tings. The couch can sleep two comfortable. Not forsure if it was a sofa sleeper. Didn't check . Anyone in there COTTON picking mind would love this place. Literal at the end of the street is one of the community pools. You can walk two or roll in the cart to it. U can thank me later. This was our first time here at the resort. Overwhelmed. An abudance of things for the entire fam. Y'all better grab those 2024 dates, because," The Cotton's," just might snatch them all (lol). All jokes aside you will be pleased. Go ahead and book. You'll enjoy. Have fun.

We stay in the Sandestin Resort as often as we can. This property was very nice and big enough to hold my family, the house was supplied with everything we needed and the location was fantastic. The golf cart was an added bonus. My only complaint is that we did not stay long enough. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Stayed at this property because of the convenience for my mother-in-law to have a surgery at the hospital which is really close by and made it very convenient. We always stay with my vacation Haven they always take care of any issues right away and all the properties are clean and everything in working order.

This house literally made the trip ;) we all were so happy. So spacious and clean!! The bathrooms were incredible and jet tub upstairs was my favorite �� We definitely want to rent here again and have already been discussing doing so with other family members. Wonderful stay.

The rental experience was great. We went through some changes, but Amanda was wonderful about making sure we had the information we needed for a memorable trip. Since it practically rained the majority of the time we were there, the condo was perfect as we spent most of our time on the back porch! Great for family vacations.

Everything was as described. Plenty of room with big dining table and generous seating in main room. New golf cart took us anywhere on site. Great trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We loved the condo itself, the screened porch and enjoyed the golf cart. The condo was neat and clean and My vacation haven was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely book this rental again.

Great expereince. Love being in the resort and on the golf course, away from the beach at night. House is clean and a great layout. Our second time in 3 months staying here!

We stayed at Magnolia Bay and enjoyed golf and just relaxing. The golf cart to travel around the resort was a plus. Very clean and easy to live in with well stocked kitchen. One of the best places to stay in Sandestin!

This place was fantastic! Very clean, stylish, and spacious with everything you need. It is nicely decorated and the back porch is cozy! Loved being close even to walk to the Village and Marina or use the large golf cart to ride to the beach!Would recommend to all!!!

This home is better than described and super clean. Had all the amenities that you would need for a family/friends get together and then some. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be back!

What an awesome condo! Lots of space for multiple families. The screened in porch view was wonderful. All the amenities were perfect! Including that cool golf cart. The condo was absolutely perfect! We loved the beautiful view and certainly enjoyed the screened in porch. Such easy access to the Marina and the Village either by walking or the awesome golf cart. All of the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable mattresses and bedding. We loved our visit here and will definitely recommend to others!
