Coastal blues and creams woven throughout the decor offer calm and rest, and plush seating and a smart TV encourage nights snuggled in to watch your favorite shows. A gorgeous dining area with expansive water views provides the perfect setting for meals and memorable conversation. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, and coffee lovers will celebrate having both a coffee maker and Keurig to brew the perfect cup. And a wine refrigerator will keep your favorite bottle chilled!

This townhouse boasts three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each offering a peaceful haven for restful nights with blackout curtains and plush bedding. The space is amazing. it is well maintained, well managed by Lori and well managed locally by the San Destin MyVacation Haven. I would recommend this property to any family or guest who wants a home feel property in a resort location. The home is very well outfitted from the bathroom, bedrooms to the kitchen, TV, back patio, included beach stuff and included golf cart. We used a transfer from the airport and never needed a vehicle once at the property. there is so much to access via the golf cart. There are multiple pools, restaurants, grocery, golf, the beach and shipping within 5 min of the space. our kids loved the Wharf, which was a wonderful evening for all and was 5 minutes walking distance. Lori herself made the stay great as she is there when needed and manages her space as a professional, not a side gig. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the latest that we had been to Destin for our annual family vacation and will continue to come this time of year as it was amazing. We also counted the number of times that we had been to Destin and this was our 31st vacation to the area. We have been staying on the Bay side of the resort for 4 years now and love it. Magnolia Bay was amazing and will book it again for next year.

Great location on the Bayside, which gives you quick access to Baytown, great walking, biking, Grand Boulevard shopping, and Publix. The six seater golf cart was in great shape. House is the end unit giving a lot of natural light, very open concept. Right on pond and golf course Beautiful views. Beds were very comfortable. The house supplied lots of beach, toys, chairs, umbrella. Very close to swimming pool. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

This was the perfect place for our family summer vaca. Condo was very clean, bright, and plenty of space to relax. Great location with quiet and relaxing view of pond and golf course with quick access to Baytowne and the beach. Unit was well-stocked, kitchen had everything needed and beds were very comfortable after a long day at the beach. Golf cart was a great added bonus and made getting around Sandestin a breeze. Magnolia Bay 8593 is now a family fave and we'll definitely be back.

The home is beautiful and clean! The kids had their own rooms . Our daughter felt like a princess because the house has two master bedrooms! We loved traveling the resort with the golf cart! Me and my husband walked every morning! It was the perfect getaway!

My husband and I (and our almost 3 year old) thoroughly enjoyed this peaceful, clean and spacious vacation home. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was quaint and the house was charming! We loved waking up to the pond view and watching golfers attempt to have a good shot on the fairways :) The house looked like it had been newly renovated/decorated. The furniture was in perfect condition and the house was stocked with everything you need. We wish we could have stayed another few weeks.

We have rented several places in Sandestin over the years but this is by far our favorite! Beautiful, extremely clean, and very conveniently located. Backyard view was gorgeous. Can’t wait to go back!

The home was everything as pictured and described. The appliances are updated and the patio area was peaceful being on the water. We enjoyed the grill and sitting outside in the morning with our coffee. Would stay here again
