When you’re ready to relax on the beach, it’s just a short walk away. If relaxing on the beach is just too much work, then you can easily change the scenery with a visit to the Luau's lagoon-shaped pool with swim under waterfall, hot tub and sun deck .

After your day at the beach and lagoon pool enjoy the convenience of the kitchenette with a light snack from the mini fridge. The kitchenette has a microwave, Keurig and stocked housewares to ensure your vacation is easy.

Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. Would stay at Luau again

Received an email prior to leaving home to give us all the information we needed for our trip. We wanted to be close to the beach and a pool and this building was. My daughter was attending a medical conference next door at the Hilton Golf and Beach resort and it truly was a 3 min walk to the conference and a 8 min walk tot he beach. We had a car so we did not use the trams, but could have used more info on where the trams stop and a schedule. It had a link in the email but no info in it. Loved the pool which was warm and we would go to the beach 10a-2p and then jump in the pool and relax! Our room had some pool floats, 2 beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella and 2 boogie boards. Nice kitchenette with microwave and small refrigerator with a small freezer but it did allow us to refreeze our ice packs, to use at the beach each day!We had 2 queen beds which were super soft and comfortable. Liked the covered parking area to keep car from being super hot ��! Good WiFi! The management company called to see how we were doing which was nice! We ended up leaving a day early due to Tropical storm Fred, would have been nice to get a refund! But the agreement did state no refunds if u need to leave early. The only negative was the tables and chairs at the pool area were very worn and looked dirty, since covid, didn’t sit at them! All in all loved our room with kitchenette, would stay here again! Absolutely Beautiful white sand on beach, not hot! And emerald green crystal clear water! Will definitely be back to Destin!

Loved this hotel so much! Everything was clean, decorated beautifully, and we had everything we needed in the room. The microwave and mini fridge were a great touch! I also loved how close this hotel was to everything. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in the Luau condos! The location is perfect and only a short walk to the beachfront. The condo was very clean and had all we needed to be comfortable. It felt very homey and relaxing for a getaway trip.

Rental was really nice overall. The room was clean, the view was great and it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach within the Ownership property. There were some restaurant and shops close by but majority were driving distance away.
It was a little strange that there was no check-in at the building itself so a few people had issues finding things.
The room was provided with refrigerator and microwave and dishes/ utensils. It also contained chairs, umbrella, and cart to bring stuff to the beach.
The only major issue I had was the TV. It would start flickering, go dark, shut off and re-start (very annoying).
The price was reasonable and much better than other options provided on Hotel or travel sites.

Overall the unit was very nice. The view is incredible. The only downfall was the unit was SO hot when we checked in. It was obvious it wasn't occupied before us. It took several hours to cool the room. I wish this was done prior to our arrival.

Room was perfect for our quick trip to Destin. Beds were VERY comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets were provided. Fridge just right size to store drinks for beach. Plenty of dishes/flatware provided but we ate out more this trip. Luau 2 is a great Condo. We didn’t have an issue with parking being weekend before 4th of July. 2beach chairs are provided with this room. We used them every day. We also rented umbrella/chars on beach as well. Perfect for our family of 4. If you want on front row at beach call ahead and reserve your chairs. We will return to Destin and stay at the Luau Condo. Kids loved pool!

The room was beautifully decorated, serene beach vibe. Fully stocked. Even had beach chairs etc for use. Kitchen, also fully stocked. Clean, tidy and so serene. View is fairly expansive! Bay view, bridge in distance and partial beach/ocean view. Soooo gorgeous. Def stay again! Actually my daughter and son and in law already booking!!!

The condo was very clean and furnishings were stylish and bright.the first night we stayed our A/C went out. I contacted the management company and they were quick to respond. They were in constant communication with me about the situation. The A/C could not be repaired so they upgraded us to a bigger room in our building with a beautiful view for the same price. They were very apologetic and could not of handled the situation better or faster.
The property and pools are absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. VERY close walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time and could not be more pleased with our experience with the staff at My Vacation Haven.

Loved this studio! It was clean, great location and very comfortable. Similar to a hotel room but more spacious. Also has a nice sized kitchenette with a small refrigerator and microwave. The beach is a short walk and we loved the pool area. Beds were VERY comfortable, I wanted to take mine home with me! Amazing view of the property, I enjoyed sitting in the bed by the window and looking out at the ocean/property views. No balcony.

This was a fabulous room. It was the most cleanest and beautifully furnished condo I have ever stayed in at the Samdestin. It has a huge mini fridge, toaster and microwave. We brought a portable egg cooker that plugs in for breakfest since it does not have a stove. It was so nice to not have to clean and cook but have breakfast , lunch and snacks all day. We went out every night unless we picked up to go orders. We thought there was a problem with the A/C so we called Vacation Haven. Service was there in less then 5 minutes. I can't say enough. You will enjoy this room. The kitchen is actually off to the side and not near the beds. Very roomy. It over looks the pool and you can see the beach off to the left of the room. There is no balcony. We also made a call for towels. They brought me a ton of extra towels. I highly recommend this rental. I will rent it again.
