About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.     No complaints. MVH was very organized and responsive. Will definitely use them again. Condo was higher quality and maintained compared to other rental agencies in Destin area. One minor item - replace the shower head with a new model and the balcony floor needs cleaning, but it was much better than other non MVH condos we’ve stayed in.

    What a beautiful unit with views of both the gulf and the bay. Very clean, well-stocked. Bed was missing a quilt, but other than that it was very nice to stay there.

    The apartment was perfect for my husband in I. We loved the bed, it was quite comfortable. The view of the sunset from the apartment or balcony never disappointed. The beach is a little walk for a senior, but very easy for anyone else. The pool is awesome! Great stay!

    Upon arrival, the condo was not ready, but a call to the management company rectified the situation ASAP. It was beautiful, and the views were spectacular. The condo was well-stocked, updated, and clean. We will definitely be adding this to our places to stay.

    Unit is well furnished and has great views. Just short walk to the beach, with beautiful sand and awesome emerald ocean! We enjoy the sunsets and the morning walks. Shops a close by along with The Village. Lots to do even in rainy weather. Only thing I would add is a full length mirror.

    My kids and I decided to take a last minute short trip for Spring Break and found this gem! It was so clean, check in and check out were simple and efficient, and the location is perfect! We needed an extra blanket while we were there and it was so simple to request it and it was delivered in a timely fashion. Highly recommend! Will definitely be returning :)

    We stopped at Destin on our return north. It was our first time visiting the area. The condo was exactly as pictured. Check-in was smooth and easy. We appreciated all of the communication with my vacation heaven.The close proximity to the beach and restaurants make this a great place to stay. Unfortunately we had some bad weather, so we were unable to use the pool.

    We just returned from our annual Feb trip to Sandestin. This year we had the pleasure of staying in Luau II #7030 and we could not have been happier. Located on the 10th floor it had an amazing view of one of the holes on the Baytowne golf course. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and we were thrilled to have the use of the owner’s beach chairs and an umbrella this year - things that we have had to rent in the past. The property was clean, well-maintained and had everything one could need/want while on vacation. We highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Sandestin.

    Our condo was lovely -- tastefully decorated, views to die for especially at sunset of the golf course, pool, lake, as well as a partial ocean view; comfortable bed; well stocked kitchen; books/videos/dvds. One of the best things was the beach closet was filled with everything you could want - chairs, umbrella, beach toys, push cart/wagon to easily transport things if needed. The pool was large with lots of lounge chairs and a waterfall, only negative was the pool was a bit cooler than we like but still tolerable to get in plus there was a nice hot tub where you could warm up if needed.

    A couple of things to note - you are not right on the beach but are quite close -200 yard walk from condo to sand. There are a few stairs ~8-10 that you have to go down from the pool area to the walk to the beach. Not a big deal but if you are hauling a lot of beach gear down it might be a little more difficult.

    Did we like it? DEFINITELY. We were even considering renting it for a month next year.

    We had a wonderful vacation. The unit was nice and clean! The tram was awesome and a great way to get around the resort. Enjoyed the Village and the many shops and restaurants.
