This truly unique property offers guests a “mix-n-match” option to rent the property as a 2-bedroom condo, a 1-bedroom condo or as a studio. This option is ideal when hosting multiple families, a mother-in-law, a couple on a getaway weekend or maybe a girls’ weekend. When you select your layout, you’re able to tailor your needs to each guest for added privacy and access to the best Gulf views and amenities offered by a large condo rental.

Rented as a studio:
This a studio that makes a big impact! The floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer beautiful Gulf and resort views! The interior boasts a king-size bed and the ensuite bathroom offers a great deal of comfort and privacy. You can relax on the sofa and watch a movie on the flat screen TV with DVD player. Or, if you need to catch up on a bit of work you can utilize the small table and 2 chairs. When you’re ready for coffee or a light snack, the kitchenette offers all that you need to keep your favorite treats handy.

About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve. Very Clean but….

Overall

This condo was very clean and the perfect size for my husband and I to visit our daughter’s family who live in Santa Rosa Beach. It was very clean. The only reasons I took off a star were due to a few reasons. One is not having any type of binder that would include the nearby facilities or rental information. There was no map in the room and we actually ended up walking over to the Hilton who had one we could take. I’ve stayed in Airbnbs and VRBOs many times and never had to constantly get online to see the information we were looking for. A binder works well and is appreciated. The other reason is the lanyards with the 10% off did not work anywhere in Baytowne Wharf (we took the kids there for the day). The restaurant there said they’ve never even seen or heard of it. We tried several other stores there as well. No discount. Please note the only place to eat in walking distance of Luau II is the Beach House and the only place to get water is from the vending machines that were out. We purchased drinks from the Hilton. Lastly, the AC works wonderfully, but when it kicks on, it will wake you up from a dead sleep. The pool is beautiful but was closed one day due to high winds (even though it is not anywhere near the beach). If we wanted to use the other pools, we had to find a map (ha!) and use the tram. The room itself is nice but we probably won’t stay again due to not having any type of place to purchase small needed items.

Loved this place. Very short walk to the beach. Many restaurants and things to do nearby. My only recommendation for this place would be to have a full-body mirror placed inside. Also, to have some maps of the resort and ideas of things to do in the area.

Great studio. Awesome view of the ocean. Short walk to the beach. Great pool and tiki bar just down the elevator. Easy parking. Studio was clean and vacation haven staff are so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

I love the Luau lol! Very nice and clean. Perfect view of the beach was a bonus! My favorite part about the location is the short walk to the beach. No need to get in the car at all. Oh, and the pool and poolside tiki bar ��❤️

Perfect for 2 adults but could also accommodate a 3rd or perhaps 2 smaller children. The kitchenette did what we needed...breakfast and lunch. There is a microwave and the wide undercounted fridge has enough cold storage and even a small freezer section. King Bed was comfy (soft top but firm support) and bath was good too.

This studio room was so clean and beautiful. The bed was beyond comfortable, the sheets felt like soft clouds. Pillows were heavenly. The room is stocked with a clean mini fridge, microwave, and a sink. There’s a roomy closet, and a tv. The view was gorgeous. You can see onto the beach and that gorgeous blue water! Bathroom was nicely decorated and very clean. This place was worth every penny. The resort has restaurants and mini golf. Very lush and green. 10/10 would definilty recommend!
