This two unit combo is located on the second floor of the tower offering beach side access and Gulf views. The units share a common entry foyer, but each has a lockout feature for privacy and comfort. The first unit is a one bedroom condo with open concept full kitchen, dining area, living room, spacious wraparound balcony and stacked washer/dryer. The studio unit offers a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchenette, and bath with tub/shower combo. Both units have upgraded furnishings in the living areas and bathrooms boasting coastal themes and beachy comfort.

This option is perfect for snowbirds flying south for the winter who want to entertain guests or a family/friend group looking to hit the beach. Guests in the studio unit have their own bathroom and can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning without waking the entire condo. The one bedroom unit offers ample seating inside and out for family gatherings, game nights, and homecooked meals. With a lagoon-style pool two floors down and beach side access, Luau II is the best of all vacationing worlds.

    Beautiful place, great furniture, set up, and decorations! Plenty of towels, great tub, amazing deck furniture. Needs a frying pan! Leaving some salt, pepper, spraying oil wouldn’t be a bad idea either! Perfect distance to the beach even though we had terrible weather most days. GOLD ITEM: the Hilton wrist bracelet!!! Saves you from being on the over populated resort side of the beachBig downfall is the Luau gym. Over crowded with half broken equipment. Had to pay to go use the big one across the complex in the main village

We appreciate the suggestion for a skillet. You're right that a few seasonings might be nice; some places do supply these but because it's not required, it's always suggested to bring things with you if you plan to cook. We are so glad that you were able to enjoy the wrist bracelet benefits. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding the gym situation. Normally everything is in perfect working order. That said, we are so glad you had a nice time at the resort and hope to see you visit again soon!

    This was our 2nd stay in this condo; however, we decided to rent the lock-out unit as well this time. The extra bedroom/studio condo was just as nice as the main 1-bedroom - very clean and an excellent location within Luau II. Very convenient to the beach and fantastic outdoor space as well. Will definitely be back!

    The condo itself was beautiful. Not the best beach view, but no much you can do about buildings. There were some computer issues with the doors when we arrived. The management was fantastic in taking care of us and we had no issues with the property other than the doors.
