The condo was so clean. The interior gave the best natural lighting to a wonderful view of the resort. The wrap around porch (in the south we say porch lol) was a great addition to sit and drink coffee in the morning.

Close to everything, the restaurants close to the condo, were really good and within walking distance. It was clean and had most of the amenities needed for our stay. The patio was a great place to watch the sunset and enjoy the sea breeze. I would have liked a Keurig instead of a coffee pot. The shower was a bit tight, but the rest of the condo was spacious and comfortable. The communication before we got there was great and took away the worry and stress, easy entry and the covered parking was a plus.

Arrived late, had a slight problem with door code, property management texted me back within minutes. They next day they even followed up yo make sure things were going well. Hard to find that type of customer service. The condo was very clean, with wonderful natural light. The stay was quiet and relaxing. The wrap around porch was a bonus. We spent a lot of time in the evenings sitting outside in the rocking chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The pull out sofa bed worked but would be nice to add a gel mattress topper. The pool in this complex was very nice. The beach chairs and umbrella in the closet was convenient. Walking tothe beach was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived late, a small mix up with door code was resolved within minutes of me texting and the property management even followed up the next day. Very responsive and friendly. The condo was very clean, lots of natural light even during the rainy days, plenty of comfortable seating for our family of 4. Loved the wrap around patio! We spent a lot of time outside in the evenings. The beach chairs and umbrella in the unit were handy. The pool on this property is very big and nice for all ages. The walk to the beach super easy. Great stress free vacation. Glad we picked this property.

Another great stay. Have stayed here many times. Clean and convenient. Spacious balcony. Only complaint was that the volume on the primary TV would not go lower using the remote, so we had to manually adjust.

My wife and I had a great visit over spring break. Condo is well-maintained with only a short walk to the beach. Lanai is large and good space for hanging out. Would definitely consider coming back again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and mostly updated. Very easy check in and out. Covered balcony was very cold but I’m sure works very well during the hot summers. We will definitely return.

This was a great getaway and only a couple minutes walk from the beach. No complaints other than the kitchen does need some cutting knives if you plan to cook. Also the grills....you better allow plenty of time to heat up.

We had a great stay. The room 6231 at Luau II was very nice. The owners had it decorated very nicely and it was very spacious for a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo. The outside balcony was a wraparound that was also very spacious and filled with nice furniture..... including 4 nice rocking chairs. The staff at Luau was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well taken care of as was the entire Sandestin Beach Resort. The whole experience was a complete “thumbs up”! We would like to stay in this unit in the future. Highly recommend! My Vacation Haven also did a great job...... as usual!
