Description

**Luau Interior Renovation Project to include Painting of Common Areas through the end of January 2026 as well as New Carpet to be installed in February 2026. The pool will be closed for January 2026 (Weather permitting) Work will generally take place Monday through Saturday, between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Expect construction noise to begin at 8:00 AM Each day.

It was very clean . The view from the dining room and patio was pretty even though you can't see the ocean . The kitchen pots and pans definitely need updated due to previous burns , hard to cook on. Door handle to the main living space with code and patio need tighten. Other then those complaints very nice place to stay. I would consider staying here again. Also only 5 min walk to the beach not bad with kiddos. If little definitely need a wagon.

My wife and I spent a wonderful week in the 1BR portion of the unit. It was clean, as pictured and well equipped. The Owners communicated well and we would definitely visit again.
