The bountiful views continue in the Master Bedroom where a king-size bed, airy décor and plush linens offer the perfect excuse to sleep in late. The adjacent bathroom is outfitted with stylish tile work in its shower/tub combination and single vanity sink. Back in the foyer, a unique feature of this property are its dual entrances. To the right, you’re led into the beautifully designed studio space which hosts a bedroom and living space with coastal accents and plush linens. The quaint but ample accommodations provide the perfect, private retreat for your guests. Its kitchenette offers an opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee from the private balcony – a moment to yourself before joining the rest of the guests. Its en suite bathroom has a shower tub combination with a single vanity sink.

Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. We loved this condo so much that we stayed here again! It fits all of our family needs, is in a great location, has spectacular views, and perfect amenities! The management team is superb! They are incredibly responsive to any questions that we had, and I personally appreciated the phone call on our first day making sure that the condo was found to be for our liking. 5 star service and views! We have always enjoyed staying at the Luau for each of our Sandestin stays because of the location and beautiful pool. Of all of our stays, this unit was by far our favorite! It’s beautiful, clean, and when we needed a new vacuum to help keep it all clean, management was prompt with a new vacuum dropped off almost immediately! If you want a restful night’s sleep, their beds are probably the most comfortable we have ever slept in, also! Even my son said the pull out couch was incredibly comfortable!! We also had front row seats to the Firework show put on at the Hilton just across the parking lot. You really can’t beat the location of this unit and we would definitely stay here again!

We shared units 7701/03 with my brother & his wife and it was a perfect set-up. The view was wonderful and it was close to the beach and other amenities. I slept like a baby in the very comfortable bed. It was everything we could ask for in a vacation rental and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We loved this condo. The best feature of this condo is the view and all the windows. What a treat it was to walk out of the bedroom every morning and be greeted by this awesome view! The condo has lovely decor and furnishings. The bed was comfortable and so were the couch and chairs. The living room could use a larger TV, and the kitchen is tiny with very little counter space. However, the view and beauty of the condo made up for any of the shortcomings. Amanda was our property agent and she was a delight to work with. We will always request this condo in the future.

We were blown away with the view from this place! That is definitely the best part of this condo. In addition to the view, the condo has lovely and comfortable furnishings. We will definitely request this condo when we come to Destin. Amanda was so easy to work with. I felt like she really cared about us and was quick to answer our questions or respond to our needs.

The room was absolutely wonderful! It looked exactly like the pictures! The wrap around balcony was amazing and we loved having a view of the ocean. We have stayed at luau many times and this condo was by far our favorite. I expected the rooms to be conjoined but they were separate. When you walk up to your door there is only one door then it opens up in to a foyer with two doors to each room that can be left open with the doorstops. We loved having the foyer to leave our shoes and beach items so we didn’t track sand throughout the condo. This condo was supposed to come with a golf cart but sadly it was being repaired and we didn’t get to use it. This was our entire reason for booking this condo vs a smaller cheaper one so it was a major let down and no one called to let us know it wasn’t going to be available. We did receive compensation for it not being available but it certainly was a major disappointment. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better condo. Very clean and beautiful.
