Upon entering the property, you are immediately surrounded by windows full of emerald and turquoise hues from the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Pops of turquoise furnishings complement the panorama perfection to take in the Gulf views.

Back in the foyer, a unique feature of this property is its dual entryways. To the right, you’re led into the beautifully designed studio space which hosts a bedroom and living space with coastal accents and plush linens. The quaint but ample accommodations provide the perfect, private retreat for your guests. Its kitchenette offers an opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee – a moment to yourself before joining the rest of the guests. Its ensuite bathroom has a shower tub combination with a single vanity sink.

About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports and more are available locally at additional costs.

Was perfect for our vacation! We got a discount because there was construction going on, but were never really bothered by it!

2/5 Disappointing
We couldn’t get into the condo when we arrived. The code we received didn’t work & we had to call the management company. We had to stand in the hall for about 20 minutes on the phone with them to get a code that worked. The suite didn’t have an ice maker as advertised in the listing. The small frig didn’t have a freezer section. We had to get ice in an adjacent building. The washer & dryer was old, a coin op & in the parking area of the building. We communicated before we traveled about a washer/dryer in the unit because the listing was not too clear about that. We were told in a message online that it was in the unit. The building was under renovation & the noise was loud inside & outside.

Whenever I visit Sandestin, I always stay at the Luau. I usually travel alone. It's a place where I feel safe and the location is perfect! It has become my home away from home. I visit every year.

This was a great spot.Had all the amenities of a hotel room, with less hassle. The rental is minutes from the beach, has easy parking, and is close to everything in Destin that you could want to do. Would definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area. Plus , the view is even better than pictured!!

It was clean and quaint! The views were absolutely amazing of the gulf! It resembled that of a post card. Just note that it doesn't have a full refrigerator or stove. But, hey when you're on vacay those items may not be important to some.

My wife and I had an amazing stay while in Sandestin.. Great access to the beach food and the accommodation where amazing.. the only negative thing I would say that it so minor, was the fridge didn’t have small freezer space nor get really cold. Besides that minor thing we had an amazing time and will def stay again and again! Thank you for a great Stay!

Very nice and clean unit no problem parking and a short walk to the beach! It would of been nice to have more than one trash bag for a night stay also possibly some beach chairs or maybe some beach towels.A little flexibility on the check in time would of been nice the 4 pm check in time when the unit was clearly empty would of made the stay much nicer

This was the second stay at Luau with My Vacation Haven for my wife and I. Both trips were perfect. The rooms checked all of the boxes for us. Clean, comfortable, convenient location to beach or adventure around the area. The pricing was very reasonable as well. We will definitely be returning next year if not sooner. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on vacation.

Our condo was as it was pictured was clean & nice our view was amazing mostly as I imagined it to be.The only thing was that there was no front desk with associates for assistance but there was a number to call for assistance as needed that was helpful.I would recommend this property to my friends it's close to the beach nice atmosphere the people are very nice. We spent most of our time on the beach day & night fun in the water & laying on the beach looking at the moon & stars at night absolutely beautiful amazing memories as we got married (a couple miles down on the beach) & spent our honeymoon here we were so happy!!! We went to the Okaloosa pier it was an absolute amazing experience we seen the dolphins, crab,jellyfish,seagulls & a crane walked right up next to it best ever time seeing GODS awesome creations!! Thank you Vacation Haven for our wonderful experience!!!

We had a great time on our honeymoon staying in the My Vacation Haven condo. We had everything we needed in the room. The view was amazing and the beach was close. All of the amenities at Luau were fantastic. We cannot wait to visit again!

I really enjoyed this stay and sitting at the table with my morning coffee looking at the ocean! I, also, had a great view of the resort pool. I had one simple question after hours and the phone number given to me was answered promptly and I was taken care of immediately! I would definitely stay in this room again!

Stayed in Luau I, and we were quite pleased with the resort and condo. Very clean and adequately stocked. Our only gripe is that one of the elevators went out while we were there, which was a hassle, as we were on the 17th floor, but not the resort/owner's fault. Would definitely recommend this resort!
