Unit 7102 is an updated studio offering comfort and class. The space offers beautiful white and grey tones with its tile flooring, comfy bedding, and granite countertops. With a beach view from your floor to ceiling window, you’ll want to call this place home!

7102 sleeps 4 comfortably, offering 2 queen beds and full bath. This is a great space for a small family or friend group looking for some rest and relaxation. This beach side treasure features a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials to start your day and store all your beach side snacks.

Downstairs, you’ll feel like you’re in your own personal paradise when you visit the resort pool. This lagoon style oasis features palm trees, loungers, grotto waterfall, and seasonal tiki bar! If you’re bringing the kids, they can enjoy the pool and accessible snacks while you enjoy a drink in the sun. Let’s not forget the reason you’re traveling to Florida- Miramar Beach! Steps away from the resort are the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.

About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

    I had an overall great experience. I wish an early check in would have been available because we had to wait at the pool for 4 hours before I could check in. We got on the road early because it was an 11 hour drive from us. But other than that it was a beautiful room with a great view.

    Communication prior to arrival was great. The App was extremely helpful during our stay. Pool was awesome and they did a nice job of ensuring only guests were using the pool. Parking was easy and plentiful. Rental was very clean and updated. Would have liked a toaster and a bigger coffee maker. Window blinds were difficult to raise and lower. Overall a very nice stay and we would rent again.

    Great location in Sandestin resort. Condo very clean and nicely appointed. Mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker provided. Excellent 11th story view towards the beach. Pool area really nice. Very easy 200 yards and about 3-4 minutes to the beach down a paved path.

    My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay! The condo offered everything we needed. Walking in, it was so clean and organized. The location was perfect, walkable to the beach, The Beach House, the Hilton (we had a wedding to attend), and Baytone Village (must visit)! We are totally planning on making a visit again.

    This property was a great option for our sister trip. The view from the room was beautiful overlooking both the ocean and the pool. It was a quick walk to the beach, and the pool was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the proximity to the outlet malls and various restaurants. I would gladly stay at this property again.
