This 6th floor, 1-bedroom renovated sanctuary is great for a romantic getaway or small family looking to enjoy the Florida heat.

The main living area offers a full kitchen featuring a breakfast bar with wainscoting finishing and tile backsplash. The open shelving and modern décor will make you feel like a star as you make your morning cup of coffee. The open concept layout flows into the dining area which offers a rustic table and 4 chairs. The living room will catch your eye, decked out in textured blues and cozy furnishings. With floor to ceiling windows and private balcony access, this room is the star of the show! Speaking of the balcony, this space offers two chairs and a table, great for a slow morning start or drinks as the sun sets over the Gulf.

When you’re ready for some fun in the sun, head down to the resort pool. This lagoon-style oasis offers maximum relaxation with loungers, palm trees, grotto waterfall, and seasonal tiki bar! Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. We loved our stay in this condo! It was easily walkable to the beach and in a great area. The condo was beyond clean. There was a put put course that you could walk to and a beach restaurant and bar right on the beach. The pool was clean too! We will be back! Our only complaint is there is no one on staff in the front to help you find your exact location and it was unclear if we were in tower 1 or 2.

This was our second time using Myvacationhaven and it did not disappoint. The responsiveness of their customer service was great. We were missing a set of linens for the pullout bed and they on it right away. The unit was clean and welcoming. I would definitely use them again.

Lovely condo. Bathroom sink was was backed up but maintenance fixed it right away. It would ge helpful if you would provide better info/directions on how to navigate around the property. The initial text I received with the access codes didn't provide any info on how to get to the beach or how the trams ran. I had to either call or text you to figure all that out.

This condo had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked. The place was extremely clean. I could actually walk around barefooted. It was only a five minute walk from the beach. Beautifully decorated would definitely stay here again. Just an FYI, you do have to provide your own beach towels, but the beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards were a nice amenity

Was disappointed that there was no a Roku in the bedroom or living room, that you could login into streaming device. We had an issue with the freezer leaking, but maintenance came right away to make repairs. Loved the location, walking distance to the beach. Very clean!

Beautiful condo in a great location. Right off the elevator. A little smaller than the other Luau building, so glad there were only 3 of us. Gorgeous decor. Wish the TVs were smart TVs so we could have streamed Netflix. Also, pillows were very hard. Might want to replace them. Management was quick to respond to any questions. I love the discounts that come with renting through MVH. Great experience. We would rent again!

My husband and I came down for a short 3 night stay. The condo is very nice. Sand Destin is a beautiful community. It was a very short walk to the beach. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella that are provided in the owners storage locker. The beach was stunning. Its a great location. Pools tiki bars and restaurants all outside your door. You don't need to leave. You can take the car or golf cart right across the street and enjoy restaurants and shopping at baytown. We will stay here again. Pack your bags and don't think twice. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Booking was easy. We were provided with the gate code door code and storage locker code the day of arrival. Everything went smoothly. 5 stars for sure.

I was pleasantly pleased that the condo looked just like the pictures. Also, during the Fourth of July weekend a lot of areas were very crowded. However, the condo and pool area were not and it was very enjoyable. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping

Very nice! Decor is beautiful! Everything was neat and organized. Patio door was broken but they were in the process of getting that fixed. King bed was very comfortable. If you plan to use the sofa sleeper there is a sheet, but you will need to bring a blanket. I think the area rug might need replaced. Looks somewhat dirty/stained. Nothing horrible. The beach chairs are smaller and short in length. They worked fine for us. It will be easier to get the umbrella deep in the sand if you have a tool. Beach is within walking distance. Several restaurants and shops nearby. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I decided to go on a couple getaway. We decided with the luau condo because the price was in our budget and the pictures showing the unit and complex just amazed us. After the easy booking through Vacation Haven, we were in total amazement when we arrived at our unit, the decor the accommodations were as detailed. We had a wonderful trip and thoroughly enjoyed our one bedroom condo!

Lovedddd my stay here the condo was gorgeous!! And supplied with so many convenient things! The only thing I wish they would change is the check in check out times. Check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am, which i feel is an hour later than usual check in and an earlier than normal check outs.

I had the greatest experience dealing with Vacation Haven from the start. I booked last minute because of Hurricane Sally. I wasn’t sure I wanted to chance it. I went down the night it hit the coast. As soon as I walked in the place it was beautiful. It was decorated beautifully, so clean, the bed was amazing and so comfortable, the kitchen was stocked if you needed anything to help you cook. The views were great!! The walked to the beach was so easy too!! I had the best time considering the horrible conditions the weather was the first day. I will definitely be back and stay right here again. You guys have a very happy guest! Thanks ��
