If you’re looking for more space and a great location on your next Gulf getaway, come stay at Luau! Units 6301 and 6303 are lockout style condos that are connected through a private foyer. Totaling 3 beds and 2 full baths, you can sleep up to 8 comfortably in this beachside gem!

In the main unit, you’ll find a cozy living room, 6-person dining table, and full kitchen with everything you need to cook up a great meal. With the addition of the breakfast bar, you can host up to 9 people. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a stacked washer/dryer to make this trip hassle-free. However, the best part of this rental is the spacious wraparound balcony! Featuring an 8-person table and multiple couches, everyone can enjoy the weather and the views. This main space also houses the master bedroom equipped with ensuite bath.

The studio features two queen beds along with a full bath and kitchenette. This is a great spot to store extra beach snacks, leftovers, and start your day without waking up the entire group! With the addition of a sofa and bistro set, you’ll have all the room you need to rest and relax.

Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, one, two, and three bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans.

This was a perfect stay for our family- it’s on the 3rd floor, so stairs are doable, even for the kiddos- this allows skipping the elevator during peak times!

The pool is fantastic, and the beach just a short walk away. The balcony was so nice to hang out on during the afternoon breaks we took from the sun!

Would definitely stay here again- thank you so much!

The balcony is the biggest and nicest balcony and refuse to stay anywhere else! Have a question at anytime all you do is text them and with a minute they have a response! Highly recommend and My Vacation Haven has the BEST employees and always on top of things! Couldn’t have asked for a better trip! I recommend every single time anyone asks! This condo was a great layout for us - a family of 4 and 2 additional adults. The location on the third floor and close to the parking lot & pool is great! This pool is amazing for kiddos - baby pool, waterfall, lots of benches in the pool for the adults. The tiki bar is a nice touch. The balcony at this condo is the icing on the cake - it’s massive. Having toys, chairs, and an umbrella available was very nice. We will be back!

Perfect place for our group. Shared spaces were awesome, especially the huge patio. The walk to the beach was short enough that we could do it a couple times a day if we wanted breaks. Super nice to have some beach chairs for guest use as well. Lastly being able to do laundry is a must for me, especially at the beach- washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus.

This condo was beautiful! It met our needs and was bigger than we thought! Close to everything we wanted to do! We grilled in the evening and enjoyed the pool abundantly! We have stayed here at Luau the last 4 years and will continue to do so in the future!

We had a great stay in Luau- the unit was very clean and we loved the location! The best part... the pool. It was a huge pool and the waterfall was a big hit with the kids.
