Let’s Flamingle is a Miramar beach house rental located in the fabulous, gated Frangista beach community. This elegant three story beach dream has 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths, sleeping a maximum of 22 guests. This is the perfect house for large, mature groups of friends and family with something to celebrate!

As you flow into the home’s open concept living area, you’ll be enthralled by the generous amount of seating and the 83” smart TV. Just off the living space is a half bath, which is also accessible from the fenced pool and patio area. Home also features a state of the art Tesla charging station for your electric vehicle!

The home’s saltwater pool is gorgeous. String lights around the fence create a festive setting for evening swims. Meanwhile, the optionally heated pool is outfitted with a sundeck for lounging and sunning. There’s also a covered seating area with a 58” smart TV, perfect for catching the game.

When you’re not grilling out, you’ll be whipping something up in the spacious kitchen that includes a counter bar with seating for 4 and a dining table that seats 12. The first master is on the first floor. It has a king bed, TV, and full en suite bathroom. The second master on the first floor has the same amenities plus a computer workstation.

Upstairs, you’ll find a laundry area with 2 washers and dryers, an ironing station, and a computer workstation in the landing area. Three of the bedrooms are master suites with TVs and en suite bathrooms. The fourth second floor bedroom is a bunk room with a twin/twin and a double/double bed. There’s an X-box gaming system and en suite bath for convenience. It’s a perfect space for kids.

The third floor has an additional bunk room with two double/double bunks, two TVs, and two Xbox systems as well as an en suite bath. The final bedroom is a master with a TV, full en suite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the front of the home. When you're ready to hit the beach, hop on your 2023 6-seater golf cart and cruise down Old 98 to find the perfect spot!

    Perfect property for our large group!! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and still plenty of bunks for the kiddos! Loved the pool! The location and golf cart were icing on our perfect vacation!

    This was the perfect house for our vacation! Our whole family was able to comfortably fit into the house. The large table helped facilitate family dinners every evening. The pool was the perfect sized and the younger kids loved it (especially when the beach was a little too rough). It is quite a walk to the private beach (when you have smaller children). We rented the gold cart but did not realize that there is no where to park it when going to the private beach so it was not as helpful as we thought it would be. Overall, would visit again and recommend.

    Communication with rental company was good as needed. Do not come early, you will not be let into the house until designated time given by rental company. House was great for large families, pool was clean and sufficient size. During our stay we called regarding a broken gas grill and grill was replaced the next day without issue.
    Some cons: Upon rental(in October 2022)home did not include golf cart. Upon review, in March, house price was reduced and golf cart was included. When I called the rental company they told me "they have sales from time to time" and would not add the golf cart at no additional cost even though we paid more to rent then it was currently listed for. Staff was not helpful on the phone regarding this issue. Otherwise when texting about the grill, texts were pleasant and courteous.
    Overall, we had a great trip with a great house but not pleased by the overprice and additional charge for golf cart

    This amazing vacation home checked all the boxes!! Not only was it beautifully decorated with all the beach vibes, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need to feed a large group like ours! The beds were all super comfortable, TVs in every room! The two sets of washer /dryers to handle all the groups laundry! The home was clean and the management team was responsive to all our questions. The golf cart was a fun add on and helpful to get around.
    We had 19 in our group and not a single complaint. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the pool after long days at the beach close by. It was all around perfect and best vacation rental ever!

    We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and spacious house. The house was clean and well maintained. The house was within walking distance to the beach. The location was within minutes from stores and a mall. The property management had great response time. We enjoyed theoutside patio. The pool was clean. There were plenty of beach chairs. This is definitely a home that I would highly recommend.
