The allure of Gulf living continues on the second floor, where two bedrooms, each with balcony access and smart TVs, await your vacation experience. The first bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second features a unique triple full bunk bed, adding a touch of whimsy to your retreat. The third floor crowns your stay with a spacious master suite, complete with a king bed, a see-through fireplace, and a private balcony offering breathtaking views of Choctawhatchee Bay from this vacation haven.

Pamper yourself in the master suite's ensuite bath, adorned with floor-to-ceiling Carrera marble, a glass walk-in shower, a separate soaker tub, and a double vanity.     Excellent location and unit. We enjoyed our stay over the New Year’s holiday. Only thing that could have been better was the electrical outlets on the second and third floors. The receptables have 2 plug ins but the bottom of the two did not work on either floor. It could be a breaker issue but doubtful. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

    Nice property and location (although close to the activities of the Village of Baytowne Wharf, was on the quiet side). Very easy to check-in with door and gate codes provided. Kitchen items need update (cheap pans and no iron provided with board). Property Mgmt communicated before/during/after.

    We had a fun and relaxing time! Baytowne was great and we loved that all we had to do was go out the door and go a few steps and there were shops, restaurants, the bay, live music and entertainment, pools, tennis, golf. Everything at your fingertips and trips on the trolley to the beach daily were great.
    Our family had a wonderful time.
    The rental team and manager were great answering any questions we had and answered promptly and were veryhelpful and friendly.
    The rental was very clean and very well maintained.
    We definitely recommend this rental condo and will return in the future!

    The experience was really good and I will definitely possible re-book. The only confusing thing was trying to figure out where to take the trash.
