You’ll have plenty of places to kick back and relax from the two living areas to the two comfortable bedrooms and large back deck. Both bedrooms feature newly remodeled bathrooms with solid surface countertops and a new walk-in shower in the Master suite. Enjoy a bonus second living area with a pullout sofa for extra space!

Linkside Village is located on the resort’s scenic and serene bayside. These single family homes and townhomes are nestled between The Links Golf Course and picturesque lakes. Enjoy outdoor patios and fully equipped kitchens, perfect for family gatherings. Parking available in the driveway in front of each home, two community pools nearby, as well curbside trash pickup makes this a fun and easy vacation for all. We enjoyed our stay so much. The area is quiet and relaxing. Sitting on the patio was great and the view was wonderful. The location was perfect and close to many activities. The house was great and just the right size. Community amenities are added benefit. Golf cart was great to have to get to the beach and pool as well as other areas of the resort!

This was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and easy access to the beach. We loved the golf cart and will be staying with my vacation haven again. Only issue we had was internet did not work one night but it did come back on the next day. We were a little confused by checkout, we had thought we only had it rented till friday, and our app said it was checkout day, so we went ahead a left the property. We later found out that we had actually had it rented on that friday night even though the app had said it was checkout day. We arent sure what happened there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO, it was clean, had a lot of space and was right on a pond where the kids loved to feed the many turtles that visited us each day! The beds were super comfortable and the house was perfect for us four.
We did have some hiccups like getting a call the day of check in to tell us our golf cart was broken so we wouldn't have it for our stay. That really was a bummer because it's one of the reasons I picked this VRBO. Getting over to the beach was a huge hassle and we had to load up the car and find parking each time. The kids were really bummed to see it sitting in the driveway and we couldn't ride it at all. Also we found our Dryer was broken on the third day when we went to wash all of our beach laundry and it wouldn't dry anything at all. However our property manager was quick to help and sent someone the next day to fix it, but we didn't have to use it again.
Overall they were quick to help and answer questions but we did have some hiccups and hated we didn't have the cart to use.

Very good vacation! Everything was clean, the only thing that I would recommend is invest in pot holders and pizza cutter for kitchen

Nice place. Golf cart made everything convenient from groceries to beach. Pet friendly made our vacation easy. Enjoyed watching the turtles from the deck. Nicely decorated, well furnished. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at 445 Linkside. It was decorated nicely and very clean. With it being pet friendly, it was perfect for our fur baby. The fenced in yard area was a plus and the small deck sitting on the water was a front row seat to a beautiful sunrise every morning. We would definitely stay here again. A couple things for next time...one of the bikes had a broken derailer and could not be used. Hopefully that gets fixed. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom needs just a little maintenance. I would also suggest to the owners a new rug for the living room. As I said before, we will definitely come back and I hope everyone enjoys their stay here and for sure take in that sunrise.
