Just 3 houses away from a private deeded beach, this two story vacation haven can sleep up to 12 guests and has a private pool right in the backyard. Once you step through the doors of this beach home, you’ll be whisked away to paradise.

Drop your bags in one of the four bedrooms and head out to the backyard oasis. This private area features a beautiful private pool with lush garden and privacy fence for that secluded feel. Have a cold drink and hang here or walk down the private road to your deeded beach access where you can rest and relax in the Destin sun on the sugar white sands. When you’re feeling hungry, head back to the house and grill up some food or take the included 6 seat golf cart to one of the many local food haunts in the area.

For larger gatherings, enjoy the open concept floor plan on the first floor and host a group dinner to make some lasting memories on this trip. With a full kitchen, 6-person dining area, living room, large deck on the second floor, and two screened porches on the first, your guests will relax and enjoy the Florida vibes in style.

The home also features 2 master bedrooms, each equipped with a private bath. All bedrooms offer plush bedding and flat screen TVs to wind down at night. Let the kids take the bunk room and have their own space to chill, while the adults enjoy their bedroom suites in a beachside paradise.

    Great location to all the area has to offer. Short walk or golf cart ride to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Kids loved playing in the pool. House was very roomy and outside access from every room.

    We had a great time at this property! Pool was a little smaller than expected but I was nice being able to get in at night after we went out! Close to the beach. They have a golf cart so we didn’t have to go rent one which was super helpful!! Overall we had a great time at this property! Can’t wait to come back next year

    Perfect Beach Getaway

    This was the perfect beach getaway for our girls trip! The host was very quick with all communications and was super helpful! The amenities were great with plenty of sleeping room for our group of 10. The back porch and pool were great as well. The only adjustment I would make is the pool wasn’t cleaned when we first arrived. The pool guy came by into our second day of our trip and it made the pool so much nicer! The beach access is just a short walk away and the golf cart was a great added bonus. We will definitely come back and stay again!

    I loved my stay at 57 Sunfish. Exceptionally clean home, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture throughout. Super quick walk to beach or you could take golf cart. Spent a lot of time in the backyard pool, not super big but large enough. Only downside was a few interruptions from maintenance (yard work, pool cleaning, furniture delivery, air filter changing), each visit was at least very short. Beach access gate code didn't work but just walked through adjacent parking lot instead.

    The location of this property was absolutely perfect for ocean access, local restaurants and shopping, and golf cart rides around Miramar Beach. The inside of the property was well maintained with many upgrades. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds in all the bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms have all been remodeled and are beautiful! The only addition we have for the bathrooms is the need to add a few extra hooks to hang wet items or towels on. The open deck on the second story was perfect for relaxing or getting some sun. There was a covered porch on both the front and the back that was perfect to keep out the bugs while we had breakfast or lunch. The pool is smaller (well-kept), but met our needs as we just used it to cool off. Our only additional suggestion would be to have someone clean up around the pool landscape as there were a lot of old items just laying around which made it look dirty. We had a lovely week full of fun and perfect weather. We would definitely stay at this property again!
