    We found the property as advertised and in excellent condition. The house was perfect for our group. Downstairs bedroom for the grandparents and upper level for all the grandkids and friends along with their parents. The main level was well laid out for a large group to eat and entertainment. The resort was very nice with a nearby heated pool and clubhouse. The house is within easy walking or golf cart distance of the shopping, dining and entertainment venue at Baytown Wharf. We had a problem with the dishwasher on NY day and the property manager had a repairman at the house within two hours. We very much enjoyed our stay and are discussing reserving the house for fall break this year.

    Our family gathered at this beautiful house to spend some time together and go to the beach. The house was so spacious. The view from every tall window was of the gorgeous bay through the trees. Magnificent!
    The only negative was the VERY ridiculously overcrowded Sandestin beach. We went to the state park beach which was a drive, but beautiful and much less crowded.

    The place to stay!

    The house is large, clean and roomy for 10 pl. Love the clubhouse with attendances, bikes and golf carts! The screen in porch was enjoyable! The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans! There is a grill. Bring extra clothes detergent. The garage has plenty of beach chairs and toys! You will need to bring your own umbrellas for the beach or go in the evening. The cons the 2nd and 3rd floors get very cold at night even when you adjust the thermostat. Bring condiments salt, pepper, cooking oil etc. Bring beach towels. We could not find the private beach although it was across the street so we just went to the Public beach which was nice! You can take the golf cart to the beach but it only seats 4ppl. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again! Great place to stay!

    The rental unit was good. Parking is not good. We had three vehicles and were told that we could park our third vehicle in the overflow parking lot. However, when we arrived we were handed a paper that said if we parked in the overflow lot we could be towed. The garage space for parking is small. I could not get our minivan rental in there. If you have more than one vehicle, parking will be an issue.

    Nice place, quiet. We liked the house. It was roomy and comfortable. I would like to see a little better cooking pans and a broom to deal with sand, but overall it was a great experience.

    Our family of 6 adults and 4 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Inspiration 8111. Each couple had plenty of room, and the children loved the bunk room. The kitchen, dining, and living areas had everything we needed, and the outdoor grill was an added bonus. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart, the heated pool, and the fitness center. The only negative was having to use the overflow parking area for our 3rd vehicle.

    The surrounding decks on this house are SUBLIME for relaxation and gathering...love that they are surrounded by trees for a sense of seclusion even as you can see the bay in the distance. The coffee table with pull-out stools is great for games and puzzle-building in front of the TV and fireplace. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms luxurious...loved the generous extra sets of plush towels! The nearby clubhouse is a HUGE bonus for hot tub, playing in the pool or playing a game of pool, and the special extras, like espresso machine with multiple choices of creamers and little canisters of complimentary snacks, make you feel like a truly special guest! We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds with gorgeous views as you walk along the sidewalks, and love the nearby Baytowne Village and shuttle to the beaches. GREAT property in a PRIME location!

    Our family of 4 along with 2 grandparents had a wonderful experience. The home was well appointed and ideally located far enough away from the action for peace and quiet yet close enough for easy access when we wanted to be a part of the action.     We came from Indiana for beach vacation. We have stayed in the Sandestin area before so I was familiar with all it had to offer. I really liked this particular neighborhood out of all the other neighborhoods. We could walk to the action in the village but our neighborhood was very quiet. If we wanted beach time we just jumped in our car and picked a beach to go. We had our immediate family of 5 plus an Uncle and my oldest son's girlfriend. There was enough space for everyone to spread out in this home. I really liked the decor and the space. I wish there would have been a golf cart to run around in but we had 9 people so would have needed 2 so cars worked fine. This home was a great vacation home.

    House is awesome for families, rooms are upstairs so if you have little ones they can peacefully nap upstairs and adults can carry on a normal conversation in the kitchen or cozy living room. Club house is a 5 second walk to the pool, pool table. Kids spent more time in the pool than anywhere else. Baytowne is an easy 10 minute walk that my 2.5 year old made with ease. More than enough things for adults and kids there. Also short walk to the pier which had some fantastic Florida sunsets!!

    Only downfall was, there is no BBQ. They just removed it for some reason. So if you plan on BBQ'ing then you have to walk over to the pool area where there is a big Viking BBQ to use, but it does have a fee. The lovely ladies at the front desk did not charge me so maybe you would get lucky?
