Our stay at 8994 Heron walk was very nice. The bedrooms & bathrooms are as stated & are very comfortable. They did supply welcome kits with kitchen & shower samples. There’s also a hairdryer so that’s one less thing to pack. The couch does pull out. The daybed in the sunroom isn’t a Queen if it does convert (I didn’t pull it apart it didn’t look like it converted) it would be 2 single beds if it does. The condo could sleep 7-8. You can watch the Baytown fireworks from the sunroom & view the gorgeous sunsets. The golf cart is handy for getting all around the resort. We only had 2 small complaints which the first one there’s nothing that could be done about it really. We could hear the people upstairs walking around. It sounded like they were pacing most of the time however we were out most of the day. The second there are no clocks in bedrooms. I know we’re on vacation but husband was there for a conference too & needed to get up early.. We would highly recommend this lovely condo you won’t be disappointed in this beautiful condo or the resort.

Our family loved this unit. It was beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the 6 seater golf cart with Bluetooth. We did have trouble getting the golf cart to charge (might have been user error) but we contacted the rental company and they responded within minutes and sent someone out to check it out extremely quickly! We would definitely rent from here again.

Rental experience was good I was contacted through the process and it was very transparent. There were only two areas that could use improvement, but they did not severely affect our experience. 1) the sh I were head a has a sprayer that fires upwards if it's in the holder when water turns to shower it shoots to the ceiling. This can be fixed with a center firing shower head. 2) Although it rained we attempted to use the golf cart as much as we could! I noticed some golf carts had clear roll up covers down the top. That would have been a great addition to the cart to get more use during times when it rains.

We recently stayed at Heron Walk for the first time and found it to be incredibly relaxing. The first-floor location made access easy, and the layout allowed for smooth movement throughout the property. We enjoyed the scenic bay views and even got to see an eagle perched out the window. We felt clean, comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing and accessible vacation spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The bay view was stunning, especially during sunset. The interior was recently updated, making the space feel fresh, modern, and very comfortable. We loved the added convenience of the golf cart, which made getting to the beach a breeze. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience—perfect for a beach getaway! Highly recommend!
