In the main living area, you’ll find a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, wine fridge, and large breakfast bar for added seating. With the dining area table, you can host up to 11 guests comfortably, making this the perfect rental for large families and friend groups looking to enjoy everything under the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® sun. In this open concept space, you’ll also find the living room with flat screen TV, working fireplace, and separate sunroom with picturesque views of the bay.

When it comes to sleeping, this bayside gem offers 3 bedrooms with hardwood floors spanning over 2 floors of space. On the first floor, you’ll find a master bedroom featuring king bed, flat screen TV, oversized window with views of the bay, and en suite bath with double vanity sinks and tiled walk-in shower. You’ll also find a guest bedroom with queen bed and flat screen TV. The second floor houses another master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, the same great views, and another spacious en suite bath. Sleeping up to 6 comfortably with a third full bath in the first floor hall, everyone will have the space they need to rest and relax.

    We had a wonderful time. The condo offered all we needed. The location was perfect for the pool, beach and activities. We loved having the golf cart available.

    We had a very enjoyable few days at Heron Walk. The spacious property offered all that was needed. The cart was a major plus in order to get around to pools, beach, shopping and restaurants. We can’t wait to return.

    This was a great stay for our family. It was very clean and had all the items that we needed. It was great to have the golf cart. Everything was very convenient, and close by, including the pool, grocery store, shopping, beach and restaurants, all close enough to use the golf cart.

    My family enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. Dealing with the booking agent was very easy. They were easy to contact and responded quickly whenever I had a question. My only suggestion would be to ensure the cable is working. I spent quite sometime on the phone with Cox trying to have them troubleshoot why none of the tvs were working. It did eventually get fixed in at least 2 rms. Another recommendation would be to put a heavy duty mat at the front door so that when it is wet plus sand and dirt will not be tracked in so much. Those are just recommendations but, overall we plan on returning to this location as we really enjoyed it.

    We had a great time in Sandestin! The resort had so much to do- we spent the days on the beach or at the pool and each night in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The kids loved the adventure zone and we loved having the restaurants and shops all nearby.
