The Ultimate Hangout and Luxury Spaces:
The first floor transforms into the ultimate hangout spot with its posh lounge room, featuring two new queen over queen built-in bunk beds and a full bathroom. Step outside through the sliding doors to enjoy the sunny patio, complete with a grill for those delightful family cookouts.
Ascend to the third floor for an experience in privacy and opulence. The master bedroom suite is a sanctuary of decadence with its own balcony, cozy seating area, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Prominence on 30A wants to be a prominent part of your next vacation getaway! Prominence has a large community pool with arching fountains, zero entry for the little ones, and lush palm trees for that tropical feel. Feel free to cook up a delicious meal at the large summer kitchen by the pool as well.

This location is perfect for those looking to relax but still enjoy their vacation to the fullest. When you're ready for someone else to cook a meal for you, to listen to live music, or to do a little shopping, just walk across the street to The Big Chill, the newest location for fun along 30A. The Big Chill has a full stage, grassy area with chairs and sofas to watch live music, numerous eatery spots from ice cream to BBQ, and spots for a little shopping as well. Prominence is located on Florida’s beautiful scenic highway 30A, with the bike trail providing easy access to the beach, Seaside, multiple state forests, golf courses and more! The house was perfect for a multi family group. The beds were very comfortable! Loved having the Big Chill so close.

The house was very nice and the bedrooms were comfortable. The house was in a good location. I spoke to the management company re: the review I read dated 6/21/24 and asked about the issues listed in that review, specifically the uncomfortable sectional sofa, the WiFi, and the knives. I was assured all issues had been addressed but we had the same complaints. The sofa is very low to the ground and understuffed, so not supportive or comfortable. We had no WiFi or cell service in the home for the first 3 days of our stay until the internet provider could come out. And the various knives were so dull you could hardly cut anything. It was disappointing to have addressed these concerns prior to our stay, been told they were no longer issues, and then to find nothing had been done about them.

Just outside of Florida, made the call to Vacation Haven. We had booked and paid Air BB in May for a nice property in Seaside. Air BB forgot to send reservation to the management company! Vacation Haven stepped in and set us up with Happily Eva After for our family of 8. And it was $2000 less! Loved the accommodations. We cooked 5 of 7 dinners in the beautiful kitchen and took sandwiches and snacks to the beach most days. The only challenge was the beach access, but we went to the State Park and it was fine. Lots of algae in the water. We drive to Destin for clear water. We now know to check for algae bloom before booking a specific area. Thank you Vacation Haven for saving our vacation!

Disappointing.
Loved the house as far as space and beds. Couch could use a cleaning and stuffing. Location is very tight. Can barely park two cars in driveway. It was a beautiful house.
Loved the Big Chill. No area for children unless we took them to front at Big Chill area.
Kitchen needs a set of knives. A mixed set available and very very dull. No steak knives.
Ice maker needs attention. Repairman found half full bucket but that was after more than 36 hours on Max Ice. Barely can make an evening cocktail. Could not fill water bottles etc. Had to buy bagged ice.
Toaster burned half the contents and would not toast the other half. Smoked. We just unplugged it.
Right side hand towel handle in master bath came off w first use it had been replaced wo being screwed back in place?
Ants. Sprayed w no results. They then appeared in almost all the bathrooms. Not bad but they are there.
No TV unless you stream. Good thing we had our adult children as we don’t stream.
The biggest issue is that this rental contained no information that there would be NO BEACH ACCESS. Very difficult for older folks and one golf cart.
And who knew we would have NO CELL SERVICE outside the house w Verizon.
Would not rent in this area again.
Advice is to stay in front near room for walking to pool and Big Chill. There are no cut throughs from the back row of houses.

The house was absolutely perfect. It was clean, well stocked, perfect layout, and had the most comfortable beds/furniture. The house has a personal touch that makes you feel at home. The 1st floor is the bunk room, and all 5 kids loved it. Huge bathroom, great bunks, huge bathroom and an oversized bean bag chair that made it perfect for watching tv. The kids loved having their own floor. The 2nd floor is kitchen, dining, and living area. A beautiful table that will sit the whole family. A comfy sectional, 2 chairs, and the perfect porch. The 3rd floor had 3 spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms. The house comes with a golf cart, so it’s an easy ride to The Hub/big chill. You can even walk to the Hub. The Hub/big chill is perfect for families with kids. Lots of food, ice cream, and shops. We actually ate there every night, and it’s perfect because it had lots a good choices which makes it easy with kids. The neighborhood has 2 pools. One pool is a easy walk, and the other is a quick golf cart ride. The house is in a perfect location. The pictures on the website doesn’t do it justice. We have stayed at several homes on 30A, and this one is by far the best! Spacious, clean, comfortable , and has everything you could possibly need. Happily Eva After is the best place to stay ❤️

My family of 5 & I had the best time at this place! We were surprised at how much space we had. How CLEAN it was! & just how much there was to do there-and All of it walking distance. Our fav was the open floor plan & living room sofas! My kids loved the bunked beds. A dream! Will definitely book this house again.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not accurately depict how big the house is and the decorating is impeccable. It’s also immaculately clean! The location is perfect with The Hub within walking distance. It’s such a cute area to eat, drink or just hang out. You will live staying in this home!
