Located on the third floor of the Grand Sandestin, this newly updated unit, 2301, is your dream vacation haven. This bayside hot spot offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the comfort you desire on your next trip to SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®.

With stunning wood look plank flooring and comfortable, furnishings throughout, this unit will ease you into the Florida vibes the moment you walk through the door. The kitchen features whitewood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for added seating. There is also a dining area with 8-person table which overlooks the open concept living room.

Unit 2301 sleeps 6 comfortably, perfect for snowbirds flying south for the winter or a small family looking for a Florida adventure. The master offers an en suite bath with double vanity, large walk-in shower and soaking tub. With neutral tile throughout, it will feel like your own personal spa. The guest bedroom is just down the hall with a queen bed and flat screen TV. Your guests will have their own bathroom just across the hall with an oversized walk-in shower. For more room, use the sleeper sofa in the living area.

**Parking Fee Will Apply. $10 per reservation, good for length of stay. Once reservation is made with My Vacation Haven, we will register you and an email will be sent to you for you to register your vehicle and pay for your parking pass. One vehicle per unit.**

We had a wonderful stay in this condo in Grand Sandestin! We didn’t know what to expect of the area but it was perfect for my family. We have a 6 year old and the proximity to the pool and the bay wharf kept us entertained! The resort has everything you need including a shuttle to the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean.

The condo is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the wrap around balcony with table and plenty of chairs. Nice quiet location . The Grand and all of Sandestin has beautiful landscape, water ways, and walk ways. It is a walk away from Baytown Wharf with music, restaurants, stores and family fun. The only negative experience, the elevators were not all working my whole visit. Much of the time only one elevator working and luggage carriers were difficult to find. The other negative for me was the tight parking spaces in the garage, especially for a larger vehicle like my Ford Expedition.

Stayed at this condo three nights with two teenage granddaughters. Perfect location and condo is lovely. Had one issue with refrigerator but it was addressed the same day I called. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a blast. Even with it raining literally our WHOLE trip! This was our first time in visiting. We are a group of friends in our 20’s that travel and visit different places. We did have to spend a lot of time in our condo waiting out the rain. The condo is stocked with plenty of towels and trash bags. The patio was nice we wish we could’ve enjoyed it more. We weren’t able to check out the pool sadly the main pool was closed the day we tried. We LOVED the short walk to Baytowne Wharf…we spend the only good weather day Sunday at the beach. We will have to come back when the weather is kinder to us lol. The only CON to our condo was the fridge didn’t work at all through our whole trip. We didn’t mind much as we got food to cook as we needed or we just ate out.

Great condo with a HUGE balcony which included a full dining table effectively increasing your usable space. The truck of beach/pool toys was a great addition! Would stay here again.

First of all, want to say how stunning is the Grand Sandestin property!!! Our stay at 2301 was just perfect. Everything you need is in this condo from kitchen supplies to beach gear!! We were a five minute walk to Baytowne Wharf with a private walkway directly behind the complex. It made it supper easy to access entertainment and places to shop and eat. Having a shuttle to take you directly to the beach made getting in your car not and issue. The furnishings were cozy and the beds extremely comfortable. The best part is the customer service from Myvacation Haven top notch!! Any questions we had were answered immediately and with the grace of the customer service that you hardly find anymore!! We highly recommend their services and this unit to enjoy everything Sandestin!!!

Couldn’t have been more pleased with this rental. Every surface was clean and comfortable. The furniture was nice and clean. We would like to have enjoyed the large deck area but it rained everyday which was still ok because when we were inside the unit it was very relaxing. All the amenities of home.

We spend a week at the Baytown Wharf every summer and this is one of the nicest two bedroom condos we've selected. Updated appliances and furniture make it even more pleasant. Location is less that 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Wharf. Nothing negative I can think of forever this home away from home.

The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the GIANT balcony. We were here over Thanksgiving holiday and though there were a lot of people staying in the faculty, it was quiet. We had a small issue with a window and they sent someone out to fix it. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Thanks MVH. We will be going through you for our next visit.

The condo was the absolute best. It was literally a home away from home. The condo is newly updated which is a plus. It was very clean and well taken care of. It has a huge balcony but we were not able to use it due to the resort doing renovations on the balconies. Which is no fault of the condo itself and my vacation haven. You are literally provided with all the cooking utensils and bathroom toiletries you need for your stay unless you are staying a really long time. I will definitely try to book the specific condo again in the future

This was our first condo with the whole family and our children enjoyed it. The condo was very clean, the surrounding area was very beautiful. There was so much to do around but we were not able to due to having prior arrangements. But we are planning on making our next stay longer to actually participate and enjoy the environment.

This condo is very beautiful. The beds are super comfortable. The unit was extremely clean and the customer service was wonderful. What wasn't good was the construction going on outside that was too close for comfort. My Vacation Haven did give us a discount because of the construction.

2 bedroom condo is a corner unit on the 3 floor beside stair exit. Condo was clean and has an extended balcony that wraps around 2 sides of the condo. Balcony furniture was a bit worn but overall this feature was a plus. Located within walking distance of the Village of Baytowne Wharf. We had an enjoyable stay!

The condo is very spacious, the property was cleaned and everything was in like new condition. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the huge balcony daily. The only small thing that could be changed is the refrigerator is not very big, when traveling with a large family like mine you need a lot of groceries and space to keep them
