Located on the second floor of the Grand Sandestin at SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® is unit 2210, a studio unit that boasts rustic décor, the comforts from home, and the resort amenities you desire on any beach vacation.

This bayside space doesn’t just offer a bed and a bathroom. It has a kitchenette, dining area with fold-out table, and a spacious living area equipped with full couch, coffee table, and flat screen TV. This is the perfect space for a couple’s retreat, a small family, or friend group looking to enjoy all that Miramar Beach has to offer.

The best part of staying at the Grand Sandestin are the amenities! In your unit, you’ll find a Juliet balcony to let in that gorgeous Florida weather and a washer/dryer to keep those beach clothes clean. On the property, you’ll have access to the lagoon-style community pool, hot tub, fitness center, and so much more.

**Parking Fee Will Apply. $10 per reservation, good for length of stay. Once reservation is made with My Vacation Haven, we will register you and an email will be sent to you for you to register your vehicle and pay for your parking pass. One vehicle per unit.**

We loved the property and Destin! But the condo itself, we did not care for. Out of three lamps in the condo only one had a bulb. The light on the wall over the kitchenette sink had no bulb the bathroom vanity light had no bulbs, so my husband went out and bought too so we could see to get ready in the morning. The condo without a doubt needs a new mattress, it has definitely been overused and it smelt like human waste, it was not a pleasant smell at all! The bed linens appeared to be clean, but smelt like McDonald’s old stale french fries. The condensation from the AC unit was leaking the whole time we were there onto the carpet around the AC closet and the entranceway and starting to go towards the bed area. I contacted Verbo, left two messages for them regarding these issues, and even went downstairs to try to find someone to say there was a leak in the carpet was sopping wet, but there was no one to be found the whole week we were there. We will definitely come again and wouldn’t mind staying in that building. Just not that condo! Sorry to be a negative Nancy, but I would hate for someone else to experience what we did during a very pricey vacation.

Overall it was really good. We did learn a few things along the way. First when checking in there was a long line so we asked one of the employees if we needed to wait in the line if we already have the code to get in the room, he said yes. Well when we finally got up to the counter the lady said we did not to check in with them. Second, we had a parking pass on our phones for the garage but was never given a tag to put in our windshield on our last day we found a boot had put on our car with a fee. We were able to get it resolved by employee at the Grand Sandestin. Also would be helpful to put a paper in the room explaining that the information we needed regarding golf cart, storage space and parking were all sent in the text sent to our phone. After being told this and doing some searching through the text found the information. We were also given the incorrect code to get into the owner storage area an employee was able to get us in but after that on a weekend unable to find an employee to let us in. But other than those few minor things enjoyed our stay.

it would be more helpful if instruction were posted in unit for golf cart use. Management was helpful when contacted about location of keys and golf cart location in the garage. Would recommend staying there again.

We enjoyed this property! The only amenity that could be more convenient is a coin machine for after hours washing. I went to the front desk late at night to get coins for washing and was told that coins can probably be gotten during the day at the bar when it is open. That was not as convenient, but it has nothing to do with the how I enjoyed the stay. Very timely and appropriate responses from owner when I had a question. Great stay!!!

My boys and I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Sandestin. There was something for everyone. They got to fish while I relaxed and we all utilized the fitness center, walking trails, and pool. It was clean, beautiful and well-maintained.

Great little place to stay, super convenient transportation to beach and walking distance to cute little village full of shops and eateries. Bed was super comfy to allow a relaxing sleep after a full day. The resort is just on the outskirts of the bigger tourists spots so wasn’t overly packed, which was nice. It was a little overwhelming to navigate the first day but really easy once we figured out the maps and tram stops. This was a great spot for a little family vacation time- we had a blast!

Our stay at the Grand Sandestin was just incredible. The room was fresh and comfortable. It was quiet had all of the amenities we were looking for. The pool and proximity to Baytown were great. The location was wonderful. We were all very pleased. As we left my daughter asked that we come back and stay in the exact same place. It was really “just right”.

Wife and I decided to get away for the weekend and were lucky enough to find Grand Sandestin 2210 available. It is a great unit in a great location, an easy stroll to Baytowne Wharf. The unit itself was very clean and well appointed. The furniture is not your typical rental furniture, but is well made, nice furniture. Bed is super comfortable. We will be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Perfect place for me and my husband. It was clean and lived up to our expectations. The check in process could’ve been better, instructions could’ve been clearer. Also, I noticed that we were charged for a transportation fee when the tram service was actually a free amenity. We did tip the driver generously though.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The condo was just as pictured and very clean. It was in walking distance to Baytowne Wharf which I loved! Would stay here again. My personal recommendation is that the space would work for a girl's trip or a couple with small kids, but not two adult couples; but it was perfect for me.
