Welcome to unit 209, located in the Crystal Beach area along Scenic Highway 98 in Destin. This one bedroom, one bath condo is located on the second floor of Grand Caribbean East and boasts enchanting views of the Gulf of Mexico and the community pool deck! Sit outside and watch the sunny blue skies fade into a beautiful combination of purple, orange and pink as the sun sets over the water.

The roomy and bright bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV with access to the bathroom. The bathroom also can be accessed from the hall where there are built in bunks, perfect for kids. The open living area has a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, small dining area and double door access to the balcony that has beach views and overlooks the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar for additional seating.

Grand Caribbean East has an onsite pool, hot tub, community grill with picnic tables and onsite parking. It doesn't get much better than this!

    Condo was very nice and clean! Had everything we needed! Adding a vacuum to use would be nice but I did find a broom in the closet! Also maybe a couple extra blankets. There were only sheets for the fold out couch but we had one with us to use! We loved our stay and we will be back again next year!!! The host was great to deal with and communication was prompt and thorough.

    Very nice unit located on Scenic HWY 98 with cross street access to the beach. Property is well maintained and Manager is accessible.
    Easily sleeps 6 as bunk beds are a great added touch.
    Location provides a nice walking area and is close to some retail and churches.
    A new mattress and vacuum cleaner would be a good addition.

    Rented this condo for my sister that was visiting. The view of the gulf was perfect for the location, especially for the low price paid for the week. Right above the pool and easy access to the main highway and the scenic route. Unit was clean and had beach gear ready to go!

    Location was wonderful. Washer and dryer was a plus. The only complaint I have was no sheets were provided for the sofa bed. The can opener and some of the utensils were rusted. The broom that was provided was broken. I contacted management with no response, so I went and bought one so I could keep the floors swept. Overall it was a wonderful experience because of the location to the beach. Would recommend staying there again.

    Very nice condo directly across from the beach. nNice walking/biking path . very nice neighborhood, Beach chairs are getting a little long in the tooth The wicker sofa needs to go the only thing that keeps you from falling through is an old boogie board everything else is in perfect shape,

    Very convenient to stores and dinning and right across the street from the beach! Upon arrival the place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I was very pleased with my stay and the staff!

    Spacious, clean, had everything I needed for the stay. The condo isn’t too far from the grocery store, shopping center & is located right across from the beach. Family friendly with many places to eat. The condo was stocked with towels and kitchen utensils so packing heavy was not necessary. Definitely would come back again ! I would say the couch or sitting chair could be updated and it has been used up, other than that, all 5 stars.

    We were very comfortable and pleased with the condo.
    The decorations as well as the furnishings were very nice.
    Easy access to the beach was a must for us, as we always try to stay in a place that is right across the street. The only thing was, the bed is a queen and were are used to a king. But overall, we give it a thumbs up!!

    We couldn't have asked for more! This condo is right across a quite two-lane street from the beautiful white sands of Destin. As you can see, you have an ocean view from the balcony, looking to the right and the left. This well-manicured facility is away from all the hustle and bustle but not too far.
    There's a fully-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, TV's in living room and bedroom, a basket of games, a book with necessary phone numbers and info, beach chairs and umbrellas, a nice pool and Jacuzzi, keyless entry, plenty of towels and wash cloths, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish towels and paper towels, dishwasher detergent and dish soap, with enough trash bags for our stay. There was even a stock pot we made gumbo in. The only thing we couldn't find was a cookie sheet.
    The facility is quiet and perfectly nestled by the beach. At the beach entrance is a shower tower to wash off before waltzing over to your condo. The beach itself wasn't crowded and was well maintained.
    You'll enter your condo from the backside so all condos face the ocean.
    We were extremely pleased all the way around and the price was extremely reasonable.
