As you walk into your pet friendly vacation home away from home, you’ll be greeted with an open concept floor plan and beachy blue tones. The home offers a U-shaped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and ample counter space for cooking family meals, plus two barstools for additional seating. From the kitchen, move easily into the adjoining dining room equipped with 4-person dining table and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is no better place to enjoy a group meal and make some lasting memories! When you’re ready to relax, head into the living area that features a flat-screen smart TV, comfy seating, and access to your private screened patio. This is the place to be for morning coffee, afternoon meals, and late night talks.

This beautiful cottage sleeps 6 comfortably, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. In the master, you’ll find neutral tones, a king bed, and direct porch access. The master’s en suite bath features a sink with granite countertop and an oversized walk-in tile shower for a spa-like feel. Bringing the kids? No problem. The guest room has two twin beds and flat screen TV, making this the perfect space for a small family looking to have some fun in the Florida sun.

My Husband and I had a great time. We had everything we needed. The golf cart was a big plus. You don’t have to leave the resort unless you going to outlet mall in which is a mile away. There was 2 pools to choose from and a tunnel for golf cart riders to go to the beach. My 2 grand boys loves both.

Excellent start to finish. The little house was very clean, tactfully decorated and a pleasure to stay in. We loved having the golf cart. Really there was no need to leave the resort. We had everything we needed right there in this little community. Just driving around the resort was relaxing with breathtaking views. Some of our best evenings was sitting in the golf cart bayside feeling the wind come off the water.
It was our first vacation alone ever without kids or grandchildren. We loved EVERY minute being there.

Couldn’t ask for more! Amazing location with great access to everything you’ll need and want to do. Golf cart allows you to stay out of your vehicle and get almost everywhere. We will stay again!! Great view of a par 3 from the sunroom!!

From opening the front door to closing it on our last day, our trip was amazing. The house was clean and well kept. The resort itself was very well maintained and clean, the pool was great. The golf cart was a great bonus feature for us. One evening we set bayside for hours just talking and letting the wind off the bay blow past us. It was the most peaceful, relaxing anniversary getaway’s that we’ve had in 32 years. Thank you so much for such a positive experience:)

My 2 month (Jan. & Feb. 2023) snowbird stay at 231 Fairways was a great get-a-way from the snow and cold of a northern winter. The property was as shown on the website and was clean upon my arrival. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage style house was very comfortable, and in a good location in the Fairways neighborhood...with only a few minutes walk to the heated pool. The screened in porch was an enjoyable place to read or watch the golfers go by on the 3rd hole of the Links golf course. The 6 seater golf cart made it possible to get around the entire resort as well as go to the Grand Boulevard shopping area, for groceries or shopping, a movie or a meal at one of the many restaurants there. Going on the golf cart to the beach was a favorite way to enjoy the day. The MVH management office was responsive when I needed a small repair. I would recommend this property for short or extended stays.

We decided to have a snowbird experience this year and booked Fairways 231 (G) for the month of February, 2022. It was our first time to stay in one place that long and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Booking was easy with My Vacation Haven and check-in was as easy as using the code sent to us via email to open our front door. The unit was clean, well appointed and within minutes we were feeling right at home. It was neat to be able to sit in your screened in back patio and watch the golfers doing their thing on the fairway and green right behind our unit. The unit was extremely comfortable and quiet since there was no one above or below you. You were in your own single family dwelling that was near enough to the beach, the bay, Baytown Wharf with shopping and restaurants for all tastes, as well as the Sunset Cafe and the Marina Bar and Grill that you could transport yourself to all of them in your included golf cart. We loved it and recommend it to one and all!
