The master bedroom is home to a king bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom hosts a king bed with a bathroom easily accessible from the living area. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the sunroom for additional guests, with great views of the lake and resort.

With parking at the front, provided linens, daily garbage pick-up, free wireless Internet, and complimentary use of beach accessories, convenience is the key for this charming home. This was our first time staying in the Fairways area of Sandestin but it won’t be our last! The bungalow provided a peaceful setting. It was exactly as pictured and very clean. It provided everything we needed, including very comfy beds! The golf cart was great a bonus. My VacationHaven checked in on us to ensure everything was satisfactory, and responded quickly to any question. We will be back!

This is our second time staying in the Fairways area! We will not stay anywhere else! We have come to FL for over 10 years as a family and the accommodations don’t get any better than this area. From the golf cart taking us to the beach, access to the pools and fun things to do.. it really doesn’t get much better than this! My Vacation Haven had great communication as always!

We loved our two weeks in #220. The Fairways setting is beautiful (the nicest in the whole resort).....quiet and such a great dog walking area.
The cottage furnishings (looked very new) were lovely....beds comfy too!

We are former owners at Sandestin & have been vacationing there for 40 years. This unit was one of the cleanest & best maintained we have stayed in. We brought our two small dogs & it was a great place to walk them. The management is first class . Highly recommend this unit !!

We booked this villa at Sandestin last minute for a quick getaway with our two older teenage sons. This villa was perfect for us...everything we needed was available. The details such as bedside tables on both sides in both rooms, outlets where you need them and welcome kits for the kitchen and bathrooms were appreciated. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook. The resort is gorgeous and we didn’t run out of things to do. The only thing we wished was that we would have been provided with a packet of information when we booked so we could have planned our trip better. The resort has an upscale shopping area with grocery store we could have accessed with the golf cart we didn’t find until our last day. They have an app but some of use are old school and just want to read and/or print the data and maps ahead of time to bring along on the trip. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back soon!

WE love this place and have been coming back each year for 3 years. The villa is perfect for us and we have the golf cart to get to wherever we need to be. Best is sitting outside on the veranda and on the water to enjoy the view. Clean, cute and adorable! Absolutely the best customer service we have seen and we do travel!

We originally had another place booked that we usually stay at, but was contacted months later that it would be closed for renovations. We were able to change locations to this property and was pleasantly surprised at how great it was! We will definitely be returning!! This was one of the better places I’ve stayed in since coming to the area 4years ago. I really enjoyed the modern look of the inside while still having the beach villa feel. We really enjoyed the lower deck that sits on the lake. At night, that fountain is a beautiful extra for the property and also soothing. Overall, myself and my family really enjoyed this property. And the golf cart made the experience 10x better. Great job guys

This was a fantastic home that had everything we needed! The golf cart was an added bonus for our family of 5 and small dog. You should be careful with the brakes on the cart, as they take a bit to engage.

We are very happy with the rental and property. This place was very clean with easy access to the beach. We had a golf cart which was very nice and comfortable that we could take any where. The fountain out in the pond was beautiful especially at night. The dock was great we could fish off of it at any time. We even caught some nice size fish. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Fairways 220 was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and bbq on the outside grill. Beds were comfy. Great supply of linens and towels. The golf cart was awesome to use going to the grocery to the beach and to the village. We were also able to bring our fur baby along with us at this rental. Sitting out at the deck by the water was very peaceful !!!

Our family experienced the tragic loss of my father-in-law in Alabama while we were on vacation and that made our trip very sad/stressful. However, my husband was able to travel to Alabama to be with his family and left us in Destin to finish out our stay until we could go to be with them. The use of the golf cart to get around in the resort was so helpful when he left and took the family car.
Also, the environment was very calm and tranquil. Just what we needed at a very difficult time.

This was our first time to stay in the Fairways area. We have stayed many times at the Sandestin Villages but this trip was wonderful. Our villa was clean, had everything you could want in the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. We loved having the golf cart to get to the beach and also just to ride around the property. Baytowne Wharf was fun as always. This is our place to stay and 220 Fairways was just perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful and clean house. We loved the location in the Fairways. The newer and larger than pictured golf cart. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairways 220! The location was great, and the accommodations were perfect for our family. The golf cart was in great shape and got us everywhere we needed to be go on the resort. The beach accessories were an added bonus too. We will definitely be back to this spot!

Good location, close to everything you would need to get away from the winter or simple head to sun on the beach in the matter of minutes. We called the management company a couple times over a five week period and they responded timely to address minor maintenance issues.

Beach vaca with mom and teenagers to celebrate an 18th bday. Low key due to Covid but had a great time enjoying the beach and golf cart. Kitchen was well equipped as we ate most meals “at home”. I can’t think of anything the owners missed. .... place was cute as pie!!

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was clean and well stocked with the essential items. The beds all had great mattresses and were very comfortable. The yard and deck were beautiful. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to have a great stay in Sandestin.

The whole rental process could not have been easier. Downloading the app and having all the info right there was great. The property was just as described and except for a few dirty dishes we came across everything else was very clean. The area was extremely pet friendly. Kids loved using the golf cart.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Loved having the golf cart to explore the neighborhoods and run over to the beach. The lagoon is such a peaceful setting and we saw lots of turtles. Fairways is a great place for walking.
The only things I would suggest are some comfy chairs for the deck and importantly: a grab bar in the shower and a rubber mat.

We had a wonderful time at Fariways 220! My husband, our two sons had a fabulous long weekend at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The unit is located within the Fairways neighborhood on the bayside. The golf cart provided with the unit was so convenient! We only had to use our vehicle one, due to rain. The unit decor was beautiful and offered more than enough room for us. The laundry room is large, which is great with having two children in tow. The staff of My Vacation Haven added to our fabulous experience! They are attentive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We are already planning our next stay!

We spent a wonderful month at Fairway 220. The cottage is well laid out, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the area's walking trails, restaurants and beaches. We very much appreciated the owner making this a "pet friendly" home and enjoyed the fact that the areas around Destin and the 30A accommodate and welcome companion dogs. The property management team was helpful and always available.

Loved our stay at Fairways 220. This was our second time to spend Christmas in Sandestin. Although the weather wasn't perfect, we still managed to get in 4 rounds of golf, bicycled a couple of times and took advantage of the provided golf cart, which is by far the best way to get around the resort area. You don't really need a car while you are there. Very lovely home that suited our needs perfectly. Comfortable seating for enjoying a meal, watching a movie, or reading a book. The kitchen has everything you would ever need. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. And what a great treat to have the golf cart included - it's by far the best way to get around the resort. This home is a cozy, comfortable, home away from home. You can tell that the owner has taken a lot of time to make it into the perfect vacation get-away. So glad that she shares it with others. We cannot wait to come back and hope to stay even longer on our next visit. I cannot say enough good things about it. Absolutely loved everything about it!

Well appointed and decorated home. Very nice deck and pier in the backyard. The home had a nice Sony flat screen with a functional WiFi. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware. flatware and dishes. The kitchen even had an ample pantry Truly enjoyed our stay. Now, the critique. Not enough parking space and no television in the master bedroom. Other than those two issues, we would come here again.
