    We were excited to find this property. The home was much larger than we needed, but well worth it to stay in the community in which it’s located.

    The home was clean and ready to go when we got there. It’s about 150 feet from the pool and a very short walk to the beach, which is as amazing. The balconies provide a beautiful view down the corridor that leads to the beach. It is nicely decorated and very warm inside.

    The home is located in a lively, but also quiet and private community. Really great for our kids to have a safe area to walk to and from the beach.

    We had a great time and had all the amenities that we needed. I would say that the only thing it was lacking was extra blankets. So bring your own if you feel you might want to cozy up on the couch and watch a movie. And make sure to bring your own plugs for USB charging cables. There are no USB outlets. But this would not deter us from staying here again because we loved the property.

    We plan on booking the property again next year.

    The Emerald Princess was clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for three families. Short walk to beach and pool. I would highly recommend this rental!

    This is the second house we have rented in the community ofDestiny by the Sea!We absolutely loved Emerald Princess! Besides the fact, that is new, extremely clean, with modern updates, and a well equipped kitchen;( we cook our meals)the interior design, and decor was not typical of a rental! This home, architecturally, is designed so well, and the flow worked for our 4 families with small children! This house is not designed or furnished as a typical rental property. It is set up for mature and responsible adults, and well behaved children, which ours were :-) the second floor apartment was fabulous for the family with four children! With its own entrance and back staircase, and full kitchen w/laundry facility and bunk room.... It was a lifesaver! The family literally could put their children down for naps and not be disturbed, could eat their breakfast in the morning in their apartment and their snacks in the afternoon. The full-size refrigerator helped to distribute groceries for the entire group, leaving the downstairs refrigerator for the other three families. (which was filled to capacity!!) we used the barbecue grill, which was extremely clean, which is not always the case;the back patio was spacious, and we actually had a family scavenger hunt, there. The family room was spacious, with a large table for coloring, puzzles, card games, etc. We all fit in the kitchen to eat our dinner with the use of the snack bar, and we never ever felt crowded. The adjoining living area with a large screen TV and double extra long sofas,with two comfy chairs and coffee table and a Library, for the avid reader, could not have been nicer. Love the tile floors with sisal rugs.♥️** Upper bunk bed needs a protective rail! Even for our 9 year old we were worried. Ants need to be sprayed prior to each renter and the flies were a constant problem as were the mosquitoes (we are familiar with mosquitoes, as we are from Louisiana) lots of rain but maybe a spray prior to ar

    I can not say enough about this property. Absolutely beautiful on the inside and out. Great beach assess! It’s perfect for your yearly family beach trip or would be great for a couples trip as well. It’s in a great neighborhood and feels very safe. We have stayed here a couple of years now and it never disappoints!

    This home is absolutely beautiful! We have stayed in this neighborhood several times and this was by far the best. Furnished with everything you could possibly need and very clean with very nice decor. For those of us who sleep with fans every bedroom was furnished with one. The beds were very comfortable. Also beach chairs and lots of pool toys were furnished. Our family of 9 ranging from 62 and the youngest 11 months being her first trip to the beach had a wonder time and made great memories. We will definitely plan on staying here again and will definitely be referring other family and friends. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

    We loved everything about this house! It’s adorable and clean, the kitchen is stocked, and the beds are so comfortable. So close to the pool and the beach - made it so easy for our kids to come and go. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Fun memories for our families, thank you!
