If you’re looking for a palatial dream on the Emerald Coast, then you’ve come to the right place. Emerald Palace is a luxurious stunner in the gated Emerald Shores community in Miramar Beach, Florida. This green, Spanish-tile roof home is a perfect friend or family getaway. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps eight guests.

Inside of this palm-flanked beauty, you’ll find an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and luxurious walnut cabinetry in the kitchen. New updated leather furniture enhance the home’s beachy opulence. The open floor plan and wide, arched entryways are what truly makes this home feel like a coastal palace.

Emerald Palace is a single story home. There’s a master bedroom outfitted with a king bed and an en suite master bath with a jetted tub, separate shower stall, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom also has a king bed, and the second guest room, a queen. The sleeper sofa in the main living room pulls out into a comfortable bed allowing for up to eight guests to stay in the home.

Guests at Emerald Palace enjoy all of the amenities and conveniences afforded by the Emerald Shores community including two private community pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and basketball. During peak season from May 25 to August 5, the beach trolly will take you the few blocks to the Emerald Shores private beach pavilion, which has picnic tables, restrooms, wagon parking, and a tiki bar for your enjoyment.

Within walking distance of Emerald Shores are several popular local restaurants including Pompano Joe’s Seafood, Captain Dave’s on the Gulf, Kenny’s Oyster Palace, and so much more. You’ll also find plenty of opportunity for fishing, boating, golfing, shopping, and dining in and around Destin at HarborWalk Village, the Destin Commons, and The Village at Baytowne Wharf.

This was a very nice home away from home. Great location if Destin is your vibe. Walking distance to the beach. In season this location can be loud with tourists. They provide you with all the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and cart to carry in. The management was excellent and always available. If I returned to Destin I would stay here again.

Overall, perfect experience. Only issues was i went to beach to rent umbrrlla and guy told me I had to pay $30 for a bracelet before I could rent. Been there many times and never had this happen.

This is a great house for a a family with young kids. Love the location and the easy quick access to the beach! It came with a handy cart with chairs/beach umbrellas. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch. The customer service was prompt and helpful whenever we called. Highly recommend!

WOW!!! This vacation home is NICE! Everything about our vacation was tops. We've vacationed in the area before but this was definitely the best experience. We will be back! Highly recommend!
If there was an issue; but definitely not a complaint, it would be having to wait so late for checking in; due to flight changes, (involuntarily) we arrived early morning and had nothing to do, or a good place to store luggage until after 4pm checkin...

This house was perfect upon arrival! Very clean and ready on time! The Emerald Shores community is in a perfect location! It’s really close to all things Destin but yet you doesn’t feel too busy. The beach access and pools are really great too! The house is a short walk to the beach but an extra plus for the golf cart tram that runs daily! ( the ride especially helps on your way back when your loaded down and hot) The beach wagon that comes with the house was a nice extra as well!

Overall very nice place to stay. Everything functional as expected. Lots of places nearby for your needs: Publix and Dollar Store very nearby. Beach is close. The floors could have used more cleaning. Walking barefoot make the bottoms of my bare feet very dirty. Otherwise spotless. Everything else seemed clean and ready to use. Worth recommending!

This house is simply stunning. Its spacious rooms and comfortable furnishings were just the oasis we were looking while taking a break from our fast paced jobs and just simply playing some golf and being at the beautiful Destin beaches! You’re approximately a 30 second walk to one pool and a 1 minute walk from the other. The private beach entrance is about 2 blocks away but it’s a straight shot. The only constructive feedback I would leave is the washer and dryer are on their last legs I believe. It took quite a while to do one load start to finish. Other than that, our stay was amazing and I could not recommend this property more! Thank you!!
