This three-story beach house is located in the fabulous Destiny West community. A short 6-minute walk from the beach, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 beach house is the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

This 2,617 square foot home features a spacious open floor plan resplendent with stylish furnishings and plentiful seating for entertaining. The wet bar and open dining area enhancements make for memorable quality moments. You’ll love creating delicious dinners in the designer kitchen, which is complete with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a bonus crockpot. There are also two coffee makers—one drip and one Keurig, perfect for starting the day your way.

The bedrooms are upstairs. The home sleeps a maximum of 12. The first master bedroom with a king bed is on the second floor. This master has a private bath and private balcony. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the other guest room. The third guest bedroom has twin over full bunk beds.

On the third floor, you’ll find an additional guest suite with a private bath and exclusive outdoor space complete with views of this fine coastal community.

The fenced backyard is lovely for gathering, grilling, and relaxing. Meanwhile, the Destiny West community affords many opportunities for fun. There’s a large community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and basketball goal. A short six minute walk away is Destin’s crown jewel—the Emerald Coast.

    Wow, wow, wow, such a perfect rental home! Beautifully decorated and roomy with so much natural lighting we immediately felt comfortable. The accommodation was great, particularly with two masters (in addition to the other bedrooms) and the well-equipped kitchen. We loved the balconies and patio for enjoying coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evenings. With the beach a short walk away, we could start our day with a walk and return for the glorious sunsets. Having the bikes available was a bonus. We will definitely be back again. We highly recommend this house.

    This is a wonderfully, relaxing home! I have been traveling with my family to Destin for 16 years, and this was one of the best trips ever! The house was immaculate! My Vacation Haven thought of every courtesy to make this stay enjoyable. Thank you!

    This place was perfect. Large bedrooms with bathrooms. Great areas for gathering. Very clean and comfortable. Equipped with plenty of beach chairs, games, bikes to ride. Within walking distance to restaurants. The beaches in Destin are beautiful!! One of the best places we’ve stayed. Will definitely be back!!!

    This house was awesome. It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The descriptions were accurate and there were enough beds and spaces for everyone in our 10 person party. There was great customer service and communication. It was within driving distance to restaurants and bars, walking distance to the beach and the community pool. I would definitely stay again.

    Another great visit to this amazing home, and it won't be my last. The home is well-appointed, impeccably clean, and is in a fantastic location close to the beach with great community amenities. Played pickleball, went swimming, and relaxed in the hot tub. The beach bikes were a nice touch and much more convenient than renting. It is a very short walk to the beach, dining, and shopping, which is so much better than having to drive. So relaxing. I only wish I could have stayed longer!! Looking forward to my next visit!

    When arriving we found the 3rd floor bedroom completely inhabitable due to the wet musty odor. Truly unusable. Called office number who said they would send someone first thing in the morning. This was only ok because we didn’t need to use it that night. Someone did arrive the next day and found an open hole in the wall blowing moist air in. He closed the hole up and sprayed something to help with odor along with constant dehumidifier running. Also found air condition filter to be completely grossly dirty and old. Much better after service and tolerated by guest, but I myself could still not bare it to sleep there. Although we never received an apology or compensation for staying there under less than desirable conditions which I would have expected from management. The rest of the house was fine. Furniture in living room and backyard definitely could use refreshed cushioning. Not very comfortable. And front door needs deadbolt like back door has. Our 2 year old grandson could easily open the flip down handle and open front door on his own. A definite safety concern.
    On the plus side, kitchen was wonderful, large and well stocked. House was very clean. Outside grill was not cleaned which was supposed to be cleaned my previous tenant, so we had to clean ourselves before use. Backyard was fully fenced in with lawn and perfect for young child to run and play. Kitchen table was wonderfully large but could use more chairs to accommodate size. Garage was well stocked with beach gear. More than advertised so we didn’t need to rent quite as much as we did. I would not rent this unit again but would definitely look into the neighborhood again. Pool was wonderful, clean and walk to beach was short right in front of crosswalk.

    Perfect Beach House

    This beach house, in a gated community, was perfect for our girl’s trip. The house is bright and sunny with many windows. It is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Unlike other rentals, the couches and beds were comfortable. The location is ideal - 5 minute walk to the beach where we enjoyed the gorgeous sunset everyday! There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I’m already planning our next stay.

    This house is amazing! It is beautifully appointed and updated. It is also very comfortable, well-equipped, and spotless which is so important to me! It's also nice to have 3 bedrooms, two of which have King beds, plus another bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for the kids! I've stayed in many different vacation rentals and this is at the top of the list! The location is fantastic and less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our family and friends!

    This is a beautiful home with a great location. Took me maybe 3 minutes to walk across the street. 2 master bedrooms were key for us as we have 2 families sharing this house. So glad we found this home. Can’t wait to book it again and come back. Highly recommend this home!
