This home offers 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. It has a bonus bunk space in the third floor hall and the home can sleep up to 20 comfortably.

New, clean, spacious, great views. Short walk to the beach. Heated pool, which was a plus for us because the weather was chilly. Kids LOVED the bunk room with its privacy, big beds and TVs. It was perfect for our large family and had everything we needed. No negatives, all positives!

We had a large group with lots of kids and this was a great place to stay. The location was phenomenal, a very short and safe walk in the neighborhood to the beach access point. The company was very responsive to a few issues and sent someone out to fix them immediately. There was enough room for everyone and the outdoor space worked for us. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

The Perfect Place and Location in Destin!

We had an amazing week at this amazing home! First of all the management was top of the line and they even have their own phone app you can download and it gives you all the information you will need for your stay. The home is perfect for large family’s and has a bunk room on first floor with 6 big bunks and each have a tv of their own. The elevator makes it so easy to get luggage and groceries to the second and third floors. The second floor living area had a large area to hang out and the kitchen had all the u tinsels we needed. The view from every level was amazing with the lake in the back and the top observation deck. The pool was big and Perfect every day with that same amazing view and the gas grill and tv that worked perfect. Then you’re only literally a 2-3 minute walk away from your own private beach entrance with beach services for umbrellas and chairs that were on point. The beach wasn’t crowded and you’re surrounded by mostly families. The subdivision is private and feels very safe and no traffic. Then you can use the walk way to cross the lake and a short walk away are little stores, candy shop, ice cream, pizza, and a place for breakfast. The kids enjoyed walking over and we felt safe letting them go. I’ve stayed in many vacation homes, but this one was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! You will not regret staying here!

This beautiful home has it all and its private subdivision is one block away from its private beautiful beach. The management is amazing and they even have an app you can download for any and every information you need about your stay. Was very efficient and easy to check in and check out. The home is perfect for a large group with kids. The 1st floor bunk room of 6 big bunks with each one having a TV was perfect. The elevator helps getting luggage and groceries up to second and third floors with ease. The pool was amazing and the backyard views and the views from the observation deck were just as amazing! You’re Literally 2-3 minutes walk away to the private beach and have your own umbrella and chair services. Not crowded at all and around great families enjoying the beach. I’ve stayed in many homes for get always, but this home takes the cake! Will not disappoint!

The house was great! We had 15 people and everyone had enough room. The pool with the lake view is the best part of the house! Someone had mentioned that the sun is never on the pool, but we never had that problem. We ran into two problems of a sink staying clogged and outside TV not working. We called about it and they were out the next day. They said the TV needed to be replaced outside, so that was a bummer we never got to use it. Overall, great house that has everything you need! We’ve stayed in 5 other houses in the dunes of Destin and nothing beats this one with the lake view pool!

This was our second year in a row staying at this house and it was even better than the first time. House was still clean, this time pool stayed heated for the week and the beach service company was much improved! Has an accident the week before the trip so I needed the use of the elevator so that was a huge plus! Would definitely stay again! Thanks!

We were upgraded to this home after our first home The Sea Esta was not cleaned upon arrival and tge third floor AC was not working. This home was however perfect. Spotless and beautiful. The pool and lake were amazing. Only one block from ocean. The elevator was an added perk considering we had someone there that uses a walker.

This house was wonderful! So clean and a short walk to the beach. The elevator was a plus and pleasant surprise. We had a minor problem with the pool not being heated when I paid in advance but customer service refunded us promptly and apologized. We would definitely rent this house again! The only bad thing was the beach service from Sunset Beach Services. We paid for the entire week in advance and the guys did not have our chairs out every day and when they did, either someone was in our seats or we were set up in different spots every day and the guys acted as if they didn't want to help us. This was unfortunate because when you rent this house you MUST use the company that services this subdivision - Sunset Beach Services. Other than the beach service - we had a wonderful time. We have rented many houses and I have to say this was the first time the online pictures ACTUALLY looked the same in person. Usually the pictures are misleading and you never know what you will get when you arrive. LOL Thanks again for a great stay!

Hello, we had a wonderful stay at Destination. The set up worked perfectly for our extended family. We enjoyed watching football from the heated pool. The rental office was very responsive with minor requests. We loved the neighborhood and location and the the easy access of the beautiful beach. We would definitely rent this house again. Would love the addition of a fire pit next to the pool. It is Chilly in November.

What can I say. The place was amazing. I never actually expected the place to be so nicely appointed and stocked with everything imaginable. The walk to the beach was a short one and quite pleasant. We take the whole family (kids, their spouses, and grandkids) every year to Destin. Always looking for a great property to stay in together. This property met all our expectations. Top notch layout and design. Modern appliances. Large refrigerator, which is needed for our crew. The grand kids loved the bunk room with the TV's on each bunk. The pool area works extremely well for us with room to swim, get sun, or grill - all while watching TV if we wanted.

The house was clean and in great shape - looked brand new. The location in the Dunes is perfect. Close to everything, short walk to beach, private. Had a super view of the lake.

No real issues to deal with as far as My Vacation Haven is concerned, just a late entry access code was the only miss, everything else went as expected.

Definitely would recommend this property, and would definitely book it again.

What a wonderful vacation! This home was huge, well decorated, and very clean... perfect to accommodate our entire family. The views from the pool were amazing. We never wanted to leave! Of course when we did we were right by the mall and so many family friendly restaurants. Even the kids are asking when we can come back!
