This beautiful coastal home boasts both a large covered front porch as well as a covered back porch. The inviting interior offers an expansive great room with seating for the whole family and an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and picturesque windows that showcase the natural beauty of this idyllic location. The main floor living area is open to the designer kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a huge prep island with seating for four and separate breakfast bar with additional seating for four. No need to bring any cooking items as this home comes fully stocked for family vacation cooking or a full gourmet meal! Double French doors take you out to the covered porch, perfect for enjoying coastal outdoor living and entertaining. There are several areas of conversation-style seating, as well as an outdoor dining area with charcoal grill.

The master bedroom, with a king bed, can also be found on the main level. It is tucked away in a quiet area of the home with a private entrance to the covered back porch, and complete with a smart TV. The master ensuite bathroom boasts a wonderful separation of space with soaking tub, beautiful granite double sink vanity and private shower and toilet. Across the hall, the large guest bedroom also has a king bed and includes a separate entrance to the shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms boast luxury plank vinyl flooring. The second level brings you to the third bedroom with both a king bed and twin over twin bunkbeds that offer flexible sleeping options, along with an ensuite third full bathroom.

We have stayed at Laurel Grove several times over the years. The Crows Nest is our favorite. We especially liked the privacy of the back deck. The indoor and porch furniture was very comfortable and decor beautiful. Equipped with everything you would need and more. We will be back with our family next time... there is plenty or room for everyone.

We have stayed in the Laurel Grove neighborhood four different times. This was our favorite house by far. It has a great view of the golf course and a fantastic deck. The property company was easy to work with, and the house was spotless. We would definitely go back!

We had a great experience. Love the house layout. The back deck was spectacular. We spent much our time out there. It was quiet and enjoyable.

Could have offered more of the weekly essentials: trash bags, detergents, dish sponges/clothes, coffee filters, etc..... A gas grill would have been nice too, as we brought much of our dinners at the pool to cook, to avoid the charcoal grill.

Also, would have been nice to be able to get an early check in after place had been cleaned, but programmed keyboards didn’t allow for that.

All in all it was a wonderful experience, and we plan to go back to the same place!!! Very happy with it!

The house was roomy and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the back porch and golf cart. The only complaint we had was that the upstairs stayed very hot as it does not have its own unit/thermostat. They did have extra fans up there but it was still significantly warmer than the downstairs.

House has great layout and location. Cart worked perfectly. Great deck for relaxing and watching Baytowne fireworks too. Feels very private on deck which is sort of a rarity in San destin as a whole. *note to owners: The gfi plugs on kitchen counters are too sensitive to even plug in coffee pot, need to be looked at.

We enjoyed our third trip to this rental property - the property only improved since changing owners. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare big meals (which we did) and the bathrooms finally have hair dryers! The new deck off the back is perfect for family dinners and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the golfers. The only negative is the bed is the primary bedroom - it is incredibly uncomfortable. Once that gets an upgrade the house is perfection! We hope to be back again!

We really enjoyed our time at this home. The house was perfect for our family, beautifully decorated and well stocked with one exception; there were 3 beautiful bathrooms, 3 women and not 1 hairdryer. It took 2 phone calls,1 text and a good portion of the first day to remedy this. I would have gladly brought one. The listing clearly states them among the amenities. This item should be removed from their amenities list or provided upon check-in. The golf cart seemed well serviced and ran perfectly.
I personally have owned two different rental homes in Sandestin. I know the difficulties of maintaining a rental property. Hats off to the owner's who have made their home very comfortable. We hope to return next year.

This is a beautiful, well stocked and decorated home. I have owned two rental homes in Sandestin and know how difficult it is to keep them in perfect condition. This home is well cared for and very comfortable. It was absolutely spotless upon our arrival. The golf cart was in great running condition and we had no issues. We did have a small issue with no hairdryers in the house. It took several hours, 2 phone calls and a text session to resolve. That's too long. It's a simple issue. Please resolve this for the following renters or remove this item from the listing.
